、光源の点灯開始から所定時間を計時するタイマ
ー手段と、光量のピーク値が所定値以上か否か判
定する手段と、報知手段と、タイマー手段により
所定時間内にピーク値が所定値以上に達した場合
読み取り動作を開始し、達しない場合読み取り動
作を中止すると共に報知手段を駆動し異常を報知
するよう制御する制御手段で構成した事を特徴と
