As described above, the floor heating unit of the present invention consists of a channel formed of an outer shell material having a U-shaped cross section, a predetermined length, and a width narrower than the interval between the joists installed in parallel. A heat insulating material is filled in the lower part of the heat insulating material, and a heat storage material is filled on the second energized heat generating element placed on the heat insulating material, and a first energized heat generating element is placed in this heat storage material so as to form the upper surface of this heat storage material. Since the body is buried, it can be handled as an independent member for floor heating, which combines a heat insulating material, a heat storage material, and an energized heating element.

In addition, the structure is simple, as the insulation material is filled in the lower part of the channel, the heat storage material is filled on top of the insulation material, and the heating element is buried on top of the insulation material and the heat storage material, respectively, and the spacing between the joists is determined accordingly. If it is done, it will not only be possible to mass-produce it and reduce the price, but also because it is a completed component, it can be stored and stored.
Easy to transport to the construction site.

Moreover, since the heat insulating material, energized heating element, and heat storage material are housed within the channel formed by the outer shell material, they are sufficiently protected against external shocks, and are protected against vibrations and shocks during storage, transportation, and construction. Damage can be prevented.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, the heat storage material is filled on top of the second energized heating element, and the first energized heating element is embedded in the heat storage material so as to form the upper surface of the heat storage material. If daytime electricity is used to energize the second energized heating element and cheap late-night electricity is used to energize and heat the first energized heating element, during the daytime when the temperature is less low, the second energized heating element is heated. The heated space can be sufficiently heated by the heat radiated from the heat storage material, and at night when the temperature drops significantly, in addition to the heat radiated from the heat storage material, the heat is released from the floorboards laid on the floor heating unit. the first located in close proximity
Since the temperature of the heated space can be rapidly raised by the energized heating element, it is possible to sufficiently cope with an increase in heat load due to a sudden temperature drop in the heated space at night.

Also, after inserting channels between the joists,
If you lay carpet, floorboards, or tatami mats on top of this, the floor heating unit will not be exposed to the heating space, so the living space will not be constricted, and since it uses an energized heating element, it will not pollute the air in the living space. Not at all. Furthermore, since the energized heating element is embedded in the heat storage material, there is no risk of fire outbreak and a comfortable heated space is provided. It is also extremely easy to remove when heating is no longer needed.
