減圧運転において、収納ケースの酸素濃度の経過

は選択機能膜ユニツト、4はジヨイント、10は
扉、11は真空ポンプ、23は吸引パイプ、24
aおよび24bは冷気通路、31は貯蔵室を示す

態においては、前記収納ケース内の気体のみが前
記排気装置に流入するよう、前記収納ケースを密
閉し、前記扉が開かれる際には、前記収納ケース
の密閉状態を開放する密閉手段とを備える新鮮貯
