Abstract

PURPOSE:To deliver yarn in an unslacked state by providing a slackness absorbing part for making tension act so as to pulling back a tensioning part to the side of a storing part with a tension member between the cylindrical storing part of a small diameter and a tensioning part for applying tension to yarn. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed tension is applied to yarn taken out of a storing part 1 for storing the yarn 4 in an unrestricted state by friction with a tensioning part 2. Under the tension below that applied in the tensioning part, the slack of the yarn is absorbed by power of a tension member 6 in a slack absorbing part 3.

[Prior Art] A tension applying device used in a textile machine usually draws out a thread wound around a bobbin under a constant tension. However, when weaving a large number of threads at a high density, it is necessary to install a large number of bobbins in parallel, and it is very difficult to arrange them in a limited space. Furthermore, if the size of the bobbin is reduced by reducing the diameter of the bobbin, the bending and friction of the thread will become even greater, resulting in greater damage to the thread.

One way to deal with this problem is to apply tension by tying threads around tension rubber or springs.
When the elongation of the rubber or spring changes, the tension also changes.
There is a problem in that changes in tension affect the tissue.

[Function] When the yarn sandwiched between the surface contact parts is pulled out in the tension applying part, a certain tension is applied by friction, and a constant tension is stably applied to supply a relatively long woven material. becomes possible. In addition, when the tension is lower than the tension applied in the tension applying section, the slack of the yarn can be absorbed by the force of the tension member in the slack absorbing section, and the holding force of the surface contact part in the tension applying section and the tension member of the slack absorbing section are Once the forces are equalized, the yarn is fed out with a constant tension.

The storage section 1 is constituted by a small diameter cylindrical hollow container 7 in which the yarn 4 is stored in a natural piled state without being wound around a bobbin or the like, and the yarn 4 is stored using an air nozzle or the like which will be described later. Therefore, the bottom part 8 is formed into a net shape, and the end plate 9 on the yarn outlet side is provided with a guide hole 10 through which the yarn 4 is passed. Further, the tension applying section 2 applies a pressure contact force by a spring between the pair of surface contact parts 14, 14 that sandwich and grip the yarn 4, and applies tension to the yarn due to friction. Specifically, both ends of a leaf spring 12 having a thread 4 insertion hole 13 in the center are bent, brought into contact with each other with an appropriate force at the surface contact portion 14, and the thread 4 is sandwiched and held between them. This makes it possible to apply a constant tension due to friction to the thread 4 being pulled out. A slack absorbing section 3 provided between the storage section 1 and the tension applying section 2 connects both ends of a tension member 6 made of a coil spring with a thread 4 inserted through the center thereof to an end plate 9 of the storage section 1, respectively. and is tied around the insertion hole 13 in the tension applying section 2, thereby applying tension so as to pull the tension applying section 2 back toward the storage section 1 side.

In the yarn feeding device having the above configuration, when the yarn 4 sandwiched between the surface contact portions 14 of the leaf spring 12 is pulled out in the tension applying section 2, a constant tension is applied due to friction, and the tension member 6 By moving the tension applying section 2 in the yarn drawing direction, slack in the yarn 4 is absorbed. As a result, it becomes possible to supply a relatively long woven material while stably applying a constant tension, and it is possible to achieve this with a structure that requires only a small amount of linear arrangement space.

Fig. 2 shows the relationship between the displacement of the tension applying section 2 and the tension that can be applied to the yarn. The slack of the yarn can be absorbed by the force of the member 5, and from the point when the holding force of the surface contact part 14 in the tension applying part 2 and the force of the tension member 6 of the slack absorbing part 3 become equal, the yarn is stretched with a constant tension. Further, the tension applying section 2 shown in FIG. 5 applies tension to the thread 4 by engaging the thread with a guide rod 27 that bends left and right alternately, and by using the contact resistance. By changing the number of times the guide rod 27 is applied, the tension can be adjusted.

In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, adjustment of the tension of the yarn is realized by the structure of the tension applying section 2 itself, but this is simpler than the tension applying section 2 having the structure shown in FIG. It is also possible to appropriately set the tension by using a stopper or guide.

Such a yarn supply device can be effectively used in the following weaving. That is, in a loom (such as a braider) that creates a path difference in the yarn during weaving, the yarn is usually pulled out when the yarn carrier moves in a direction approaching the outer shape of the woven fabric. Moreover, at that time, a relatively large force is required to tighten the fabric. For this purpose,
It is clear that the above-mentioned yarn supplying device is effective because it can apply a higher tension when pulling out the yarn than when absorbing slack in the yarn.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A small-diameter cylindrical storage section that stores yarn as a weaving material in an unrestricted state; and a yarn that is movable in the direction of pulling out the yarn from the storage section and is drawn out. a tension applying section that applies a required tension by friction to the tension applying section, and a slack absorbing section that is stretched between the storage section and the tension applying section and applies tension so as to pull the tension applying section back toward the storage section using a tension member. A yarn feeding device characterized by comprising: and. 2. The tension applying section in the yarn feeding device according to claim 1 is caused to apply pressure contact force by a spring between the pair of surface contact portions that sandwich and grip the yarn, and the yarn to be pulled out is subjected to the required amount of friction due to friction. A yarn supply device characterized in that it is configured to be capable of applying tension. 3. The apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the frictional force of the yarn in the tension applying section is adjustable, and the tension applied to the yarn being pulled out is adjustable. Yarn supply device. 4. In the device according to claim 2, a stopper is provided near the mouth of the guide tube that guides the tension applying part and the tension member, and the tension applying part contacts the stopper, and when the tension applying part contacts the stopper, A yarn feeding device characterized in that a guide piece is provided which presses a pair of surface contact parts from behind to press them against each other, and the protruding position of this guide piece can be adjusted. 5. In the device according to claim 2, a wedge-shaped guide piece is provided near the opening of the guide cylinder that guides the tension applying part and the tension member, and faces the widened end portion of the surface contact part in the tension applying part. , when the expanded end portion of the surface contact portion is pressed against the guide piece when the thread is pulled out, the thread can be released from being held by pushing and expanding the surface contact portion with the guide piece. yarn feeding device. 6. A guide base that guides the yarn, which is the weaving material, and a guide base that is movable in the direction of pulling out the yarn from the guide base.
a tensioning section that applies a constant tension to the thread to be pulled out by friction; and a tensioning member that is tensioned between the guide base and the tensioning section and applies tension so as to pull the tensioning section back toward the guide base. A yarn feeding device characterized by comprising: a slack absorbing section for absorbing slack;
