(Prior Art) Conventionally, in order to stamp such documents and paper, materials made of smooth rubber or soft resin, or materials such as notebooks, notebooks, weekly magazines, and telephone directories were used as an underlay. This is thought to be due to the fixed idea that if the stamp is unstable during stamping, it will not produce a good seal, so everyone always chooses relatively hard materials.

Attempts have also been made to overcome the shortcomings of these conventional methods. One is to bond granular cork with a suitable adhesive to form a granular cork sheet, and then coat the surface with a protective synthetic resin coating. This type of underlay is used for the lid of a vermilion stand, and a reinforcing sheet such as thick cloth or rubber sheet is adhered to the back side (for example, Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 37-1215). A proposal was made to form a three-layer polymerized elastic sheet in which rubber, sponge, and flexible cloth were polymerized and laminated in order from the bottom (for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 1284/1984).

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, upon examining each of these conventional devices in detail, they each have the following drawbacks, and the current situation is that no satisfactory solution has yet been found. That is, when considering the above-mentioned conventional seal underlays, they can be roughly classified into three groups.

(b) Granular cork sheet It has a moderate cushioning property, so it is advantageous in that it does not cause wrist pain or fatigue when stamping, but the surface particles are coarse and uneven, and the ink paste tends to stick to the paper surface overall. Unevenness occurs.

(b) Rubber sheet group (single sheet of rubber, single sheet of soft resin, notebooks, granular cork sheets with a protective resin coating formed on the surface) Rubber and soft resin have strong molecular bonding strength and have cushioning properties. Since the surface is smooth and has a small amount of scratches, it does not blend well with the unevenness of the stamped surface, and the vermilion ink does not adhere well to the paper. Therefore, a strong pressing force is required, which causes fatigue and pain in the wrist when stamping. This drawback also applies to notebooks. Also, when a protective resin coating is formed on the surface of a granular cork sheet, the surface becomes smoother than a single sheet of granular cork, but on the other hand, the cushioning properties are inhibited in the same way as with rubber and soft resin. This results in the following disadvantages.

(ハ) スポンジシートグループ(スポンジ単一シー

の原因にもなる。
(c) Sponge sheet group (single sponge sheet, three-layer polymerized elastic sheet of rubber, sponge, and flexible cloth) This group is too soft, meaning that the compression ratio of the sheet constituent materials is too high, causing the paper to sink in. Not only will the seal become wrinkled and the seal impression will be chipped in this area, but too much vermilion will be placed on the outer periphery of the stamp surface, causing stains.

The present invention is an attempt to eliminate these drawbacks of the conventional ones.It has good cushioning properties that do not cause the paper to sink in and cause wrinkles, while also being able to blend in with the irregularities of the stamped surface. This is what I am trying to do.

(Function) Therefore, when a sheet of paper, etc. is placed on this underlay and a stamp is made, each sheet of paper, etc. is supported by a 1 mm to 2 mm thick velvet having fluff that is highly independent of each other. Therefore, the paper etc. does not get stuck in the stamp, and only a small amount of pressure from the stamp is applied to the fluff on the part of the velvet surface facing the recess on the stamp surface, so the upright posture is well maintained. It functions to push the paper surface facing the part into the concave part of the stamped surface, and not only can the paper surface be made to contact each convex part of the stamped surface reliably, but also the concave part of the stamped surface can be pressed into the concave part of the stamped surface. Even if it is small, the presence of the fluff allows the paper surface to penetrate into the small recesses, and the paper surface can accurately capture all the convexities on the stamped surface.
In other words, when the spring bed blends well with the lines of the body, by the same advantage, all the convex parts blend well with the paper surface, and the vermillion ink adheres to the paper surface clearly and without excess or deficiency.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention has the above-mentioned structure and function, and can make the paper surface conform to all the convex parts of the engraving surface, so it requires a light pressing force, that is, a soft touch. However, it is possible to obtain beautiful and clear impressions, and it also reduces wrist fatigue even when stamping many times in a row.

FIGS. 1A and 1B show the basic form of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 indicates a plate-shaped body serving as the main body of the underlay, which is made of a synthetic resin plate. 2 is an adhesive layer, and 3 is a velvet with a thickness of 1 mm to 2 mm adhered to the plate-like body through this adhesive layer.

Therefore, when stamping, if you place this underlay under a document or paper with the velvet side facing up and stamp, the velvet will locally change its unevenness to correspond to the unevenness of the engraved surface of the stamp. , the entire engraved surface will have its concavities and convexities in contact with the paper surface correctly. In other words, the state of the fluff on the surface of the velvet when a stamp is imprinted is such that the fluff 3a in the area facing the convex part of the stamping surface is pressed by the convex part and becomes lower, but it resists the pressure and pushes up the paper in that area. This ensures reliable contact between the convex portion and the surface of the paper.
On the other hand, the fluff in the area facing the recess on the stamped surface is not subjected to any pressing force, so it maintains its original standing position. Therefore, the difference between convex and concave parts of the engraved surface of the seal becomes clear, and the impression becomes extremely clear and beautiful.

In this example, the size is the size of a regular school supplies, but various shapes and sizes can be considered depending on the target document, paper, etc. Check size, about 21cm wide, or about 10cm tall, as shown in Figure 2 A.
It is approximately 31.5 cm wide and can be folded in half horizontally along the fold line X, making it the size of a notebook. The required entries on such documents are often made using a writing instrument such as a ballpoint pen, but by inverting the pad and inserting it under the document, the required entries can be made neatly.

In this case, especially for documents made of pressure-sensitive paper or the like and bound together, the velvet will not be positioned on the bottom surface of the undersheet even when the underlay is inserted between the bindings. As a result, there is the convenience of being able to reduce the problem of inadvertently drawing a line on the bottom binding using the corner of this underlay and staining it.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2 (b) and (c), it is convenient to carry if it is made into a circular or polygonal shape with a diameter of about 6 to 7 cm, which is used only for stamping. Also, Figure 3 A,
As shown in (B), since the underlay tends to stick tightly to desk surfaces, etc., a notch 4 is formed in the corner of the plate-shaped body 1 to make it easier to peel off by inserting the tip of a finger or toe. More convenient to use.

The one shown in Figure 4A is one in which the velvet 3 is pasted on one side of an 18cm ruler 5, and the one in Figure 4B is one in which the aforementioned velvet is pasted on one side of the vinyl storage case 6 of this ruler. There is, but in addition to this,
You can use a bookmark card or a paper knife and stick it on one side, or you can get the same effect by using office supplies of this type that you keep around and use on a daily basis.
Also, what is shown in Figure 5A is a rubber or soft resin pad 7 provided in banks, etc., with velvet 3 pasted on the corners, and Figure 5B is a pen holder as well. Velvet is pasted on the top surface of a flat base 8 (made of wood, synthetic resin, etc.), but the same effect can be achieved by pasting velvet on the top surface of the lid of the vermilion case.

Furthermore, as the plate-shaped body 1, in addition to cardboard with a thickness of about 1 mm, it is also possible to use thick paper (about 0.55 mm to 2 mm) with a thin layer of synthetic resin applied to both sides of the paper to form a film. Alternatively, it may be made of materials such as rubber or celluloid, but when rubber is used as a material, those currently commercially available as stamp underlays are suitable.
