[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a packaging material for fragrances whose gas barrier properties can be removed as required.

Conventionally, general packaging materials with low gas barrier properties have been used for air fresheners, which causes the fragrance to evaporate before reaching the final coater, resulting in a shortened product life. Recently, when a high gas barrier packaging material and a low gas barrier packaging material are used in combination, a method has been seen in which the high gas barrier packaging material, which is the inner bag, is discarded. However, since two different types of multilayer films are used and the bag is double-layered for the inside and outside, it has the disadvantage of increasing costs.

This invention was developed as a result of research to create a packaging material that is inexpensive and can easily control the release of fragrance, which was not possible with conventional packaging materials. In addition, we found that if the high gas barrier resin layer is easily peeled off when using a fragrance, the fragrance can be controlled depending on the degree of peeling.Based on this knowledge, we recommend various studies. This led to the completion of this invention.

In this invention, the layer structure of the packaging material changes from the side of the packaged object.
(1) Resin with an oxygen gas permeation rate of 100 c.c./m 2 , 24 Hr, 100 μ or more, (2) Adhesive layer with a lamination strength of 10 to 100 g/25 mm width with the resin layer of (1) or (3). , (3) A packaging material characterized by being made of a resin having an oxygen gas permeation rate of 10c.c./m 2 24Hr 100μ or less.

The low gas barrier resin 5 used in the present invention is a film with a thickness of 100 μm and an oxygen gas permeation rate of 100 c.c./m 2 ·24 Hr or more. 100c.c./
If the resin has an oxygen gas permeation rate of less than m 2 24 hours, the scent of the air freshener to be packaged will not be sufficiently released. 100
Resins with oxygen gas permeability of cc/ m2 , 24Hr, 100μm or more include polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, ethylene copolymers such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymer, Further examples include polystyrene and soft vinyl chloride. Alternatively, a resin composition containing a filler to increase the amount of permeation may be used.

In addition, the high gas barrier resin layer 3 used in the present invention is a film with a thickness of 100 μm and an oxygen gas permeation rate of 10 c.c./m 2 · 24 Hr or less,
Resins with oxygen gas permeability of 10 c.c./m 2 , 24 HR, 100 μm or more cannot sufficiently prevent the scent of the air freshener from escaping to the outside before use. As the high gas barrier resin, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, vinylidene chloride, and polyacrylonitrile can be used.

The adhesive layer 4 has a lamination strength of 10 to 100 g/25 mm width with the adjacent layer 5 or 3, and its resin composition must be determined depending on the type of resin of the layers 5 and 3. If the width is 100g/25mm or more, the high gas barrier layer cannot be easily removed by peeling when using aromatic products. Moreover, even if it can be peeled off, the appearance will deteriorate. On the other hand, if the lamination strength is less than 10g/25mm width, delamination easily occurs during film processing and the product cannot be produced.

Furthermore, the packaging material of the present invention can be provided with an appropriate protective layer depending on the product form and usage conditions.

以下、本考案を図面の例で説明する。 The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a molded main body 2 in which an aromatic agent 7 is placed and packaged with a lid material 1. In this state, both the main body (cross-sectional view, FIG. 4) and the lid material (cross-sectional view, FIG. 2) have high gas barrier properties, and the fragrance does not emanate to the outside. During use, by peeling off the outermost layer 3, which is a high gas barrier resin layer in the cross-sectional view of the lid material in FIG. 2, as shown in FIG. 3, the adhesive layer 4 with low gas barrier properties and the low gas barrier resin layer 5 are separated. The fragrance emanates to the outside.

On the other hand, the same applies to the main body 2, but in the case of the main body, a protective layer 7 is provided to provide stiffness as a tray, and when in use, as shown in Fig. 5, a high gas barrier resin layer 3 is further bonded. The layer 4 is easily peeled off from the low gas barrier resin layer, and the outer three layers including the protective layer 7 are peeled off, and the fragrance remains and permeates the low gas barrier resin layer 5 to be diffused to the outside.

By using the packaging material of the present invention, products such as air fresheners that only need to emit a fragrance when used can be packaged in the same way as conventional packaging materials. By removing only the necessary amount of the outer layer, it is now possible to easily control the scent.
