Abstract

PURPOSE:To discover early an electric fire and prevent apparatus from damages with automatic quick ire fighting for ensuring a safety operation in plants or the like by providing a means for indicating a fire outbreak signal and a transfer informing signal caused by the detection of a normal or abnormal leaked state of a fire extinguishing agent or by providing other means for detecting visually. CONSTITUTION:An indicating lamp and an ultraviolet ray fire detector 1 opened at a wide angle are provided in an apparatus body 11 having a powerful magnet attached therein and a front panel of a case projectingly provided on the upper part of the body. On a mounting part below the detector are provided a smoke detector 2 and an alarming buzzer, and the respective operating bodies are connected through circuits to a battery power source and control section 4 built in the case. A fire extinguishing agent container 3 filled with halon liquefied gas is erected on an installation plate in the lower end bottom of an apparatus frame, and an ejecting actuator 25 on the upper part of the container is connected through a circuit to said control section. Further, a connection of the transfer informing signal 5 and a mechanism for detecting the ejection or leakage of the fire extinguishing agent are provided. A panel fixing magnet is attached to the back of a body frame, so that the reliability and security of a fire extinguisher are ensured by the indicating action of transfer information of the ejection or leakage of liquid agent in the fire extinguishing container.

(Conventional functions and objects of the present invention) Conventionally, fire prevention measures in general buildings of a certain size or larger, structures, industrial plant facilities, factories, etc. designated by the Fire Service Act, etc., include heat detectors and smoke detectors. Fire prevention and extinguishing equipment such as sprinklers and other chemical extinguishing agents are installed, and all of these are legally regulated. However, all of these regulations apply to alarm equipment or fire extinguishing equipment for relatively large indoor spaces of facilities and buildings.

However, when it comes to electrical fires that frequently occur in buildings and industrial facilities, the source of the fire is likely to be from the internal wiring of a large control panel containing electrical equipment installed in a mechanical room or power control room inside the building. In many cases, these devices are complexly built into an electrical panel that is shielded from the outside using a large number of wires and cables. Not only is it difficult to develop an appropriate and effective fire extinguishing system, but it is not subject to fire prevention equipment regulations by law.

(A) Since a fire occurs inside the open/close type casing, unlike a fire outside, the fire cannot be easily detected, and there is no way to confirm which panel is causing the fire. Moreover, since the initial combustion of electric wires can turn into a smoldering fire due to lack of oxygen, the fire extinguishing system should be equipped with either a flame ultraviolet detector or a smoke detector that works quickly, and a transfer display means for each individual panel. thing.

(Means for Solving the Problems) As a means for achieving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides an ultraviolet fire detector 1, a smoke detector 2, and a halon extinguishing agent container 3, as shown in the schematic diagram of the device in FIG. , and the automatic control unit 4 of each of the above-mentioned mechanisms, and the transfer signal 5 for the occurrence of a fire and the release of extinguishing agent, and the ultraviolet rays U or smoke S caused by a flame f of 925 mm x 25 mm or more continues for more than one second in the opening/closing type casing. , a preliminary alarm will be issued when a UV fire detector 1 or a smoke detector 2 is detected, and if the UV fire detector is activated for less than 20 seconds continuously, and the smoke detector is activated for less than 30 seconds, each of the above-mentioned actuators will automatically activate the alarm. If the detection due to the generation of ultraviolet rays U or smoke S continues and exceeds the above-mentioned time, a continuous fire alarm will be issued and halon extinguishing gas G will be automatically released into the housing, and the fire will be detected and extinguishing agent The gist of the device of the present invention is a configuration in which the transfer signal 5 of the release or leak is displayed. The main body 11 of the device, an indicator lamp on the front panel of the case protruding from the top, and an ultraviolet fire detector 1 opened at a wide angle.
A smoke detector 2 and an alarm buzzer are installed at the lower mounting part, and the respective actuating bodies are connected to the battery power supply and control unit 4 housed in the case, and installed at the bottom of the lower end of the device base frame. A fire extinguishing agent container 3 filled with liquefied halon gas is set up on a board, and a discharge actuator 25 on the top of the container is connected to the control section, and a transfer signal 5 is connected.

In this case, consideration was given to setting the operating conditions and non-operating conditions of this device as a means to ensure the effectiveness of the automatic fire extinguishing function, and setting a means for indicating the release or leakage of liquid in the fire extinguishing container. In detail, the means of notifying an electrical fire that has occurred in the housing cabinet is through the buzzer alarm of the flame detector and smoke detector, and the inactivation condition of the fire extinguisher by the intermittent sounding of the buzzer for a certain period of time and the above-mentioned respective times. The reliability and certainty of the fire extinguishing system is ensured by controlling the operating conditions of the fire extinguisher in the event that the fire extinguisher exceeds the limit, and by indicating the release of liquid in the fire extinguishing container or by indicating the leakage.

In other words, when the fire extinguishing system of the present application is installed in a case measuring 1 m x 1 m x 3 m, a preliminary alarm will be issued when a flame of Φ25 mm x 25 mm or more enters the fire detector for 1 second or more, and then continues to enter the fire detector for 20 seconds or more. If smoke is detected, or if smoke enters the ionization type smoke detector for more than 30 seconds, a fire alarm will be issued and Halon 1301 extinguishing agent will be released in the entire area.

(1) It consists of an ultraviolet fire detector, a smoke detector, a halon fire extinguishing agent container, an automatic control unit for each of the above mechanisms, and a transfer display means, and is installed in a retractable electric operation panel to prevent fires larger than Φ25 mm x 25 mm. A preliminary alarm will be issued when emitted ultraviolet rays or smoke enters an ultraviolet fire detector or smoke detector for more than one second, and if it is less than 20 seconds for an ultraviolet fire detector or less than 30 seconds for a smoke detector. Each of the actuating bodies is automatically reset controlled, and if ultraviolet light or smoke detection continues and exceeds the respective time periods, a continuous fire alarm is issued and halon extinguishing gas is automatically released into the housing to extinguish the fire, and An open/close type operation equipped with electrical equipment or operating parts, etc., characterized by the provision of a fire signal, a transfer signal display by detecting whether the extinguishing agent is normal or abnormal due to a leak, etc., or other visual detection means.
