本考案は例えばコンバイン等に使用される引起

すように、引起し経路からカバー内に引退する引
起し爪に対して姿勢を規則する弾性ガイド(公報
図番31)が設けてあり、この弾性ガイドと引起
し爪とが衝突的に接当する為に、その時に衝突音
が発生する。しかも、この衝突音は引起し速度
(チエーンの回転速度)が速くなる程大きくなり、
かつ、引起しケースの密閉空間で拡大されるの
で、消音対策が必要であつた。

ないようにしているとともに、引起し装置内へ入
り込んだワラ屑等の排除も行えるように図つてい
るのであるが、この従来構造においては、部分的
に複数個存在する後カバーを支持するためにそれ
ら後カバーを一体に連結するフレーム部材を機体
がわと連結して構成していた。このため、その連
結を行うフレーム部材が大規模なものとなつて部
品点数が増すことでコスト高を招くとともに、後
カバーが引起し装置の後面部に部分的に存在して
いるので、その後カバーにワラ屑等が引つ掛かり
堆積することについて十分解消されるものではな

連結支持してある点と、
にあり、その作用効果は次の通りである。

れるとともに、テンシヨン輪体15は横向き伝動
ケース4に上下揺動可能に枢支されたテンシヨン
アーム16の先端に枢支され、バネ17付勢力に
よつて無端回動帯18にテンシヨン力を与えるべ
く構成されている。又、下部遊転輪体19はガイ
ドレール6の裏面下端延設部6Aに片持支持され
た支持軸20にベアリング21を介して支持され
ている。このような引起し装置1の骨組構造に対
して、横向き伝動ケース4側下部取付座4Aとガ
イドレール6とに亘つて、無端回動帯18を前面
から覆う裏面開放型の引起しカバー22を取付け
てある。
