In general, in a horizontally split stoker type incinerator equipped with a reciprocating stair-type grate, the materials to be incinerated are moved between the drying grate at a high position in the furnace and the combustion flame at a middle position by the reciprocating movement of the movable grate. It is incinerated while being transferred to the grate and then to the post-combustion grate located at a low position.
The tip of the grate had a high rate of burnout, and the top surface of the grate wore out quickly.

However, in conventional grates, the top plate part and the tip head part are often of an integral structure, so if either the top plate part or the tip head part wears out or burns out, the other part is still unusable. Even in a state of extinction, the whole thing had to be replaced, which was unreasonable and uneconomical.

Furthermore, as seen in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 161067/1983, there is a device in which the top plate part and the tip head part are assembled in a separable manner, but even if only the top plate part is replaced, the whole part together with the tip head part can be replaced. had to be removed, making the work complicated.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and assembles the upper plate part and the tip head part of the fixed grate in a separable manner, and when each part becomes worn out, only that part can be replaced. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rational and economical incinerator grate that makes it possible to quickly and easily carry out the process, and to select suitable materials according to the environment of each part.

The present invention is a horizontally split stoker type incinerator in which movable grate and fixed grate are arranged in a stair-like manner alternately. The distal head portion is removably connected to a communication pipe branched from the air passage to communicate the inside of the distal head portion with the air passage, and a connection is made between the distal head portion and a receiver fixed to the air passage. This is a grate for an incinerator, characterized in that the above-mentioned upper plate portion is disposed on the grate.

In the fixed grate of the present invention, air is ejected from the air passage through the communication pipe and from the air outlet at the tip of the head.
Supplied into the material to be incinerated. As operation continues, the tip of the head tends to burn out, but
This tip head section is cooled by the air ejected from the air outlet via the communication pipe, so it burns out slowly. In fact, the top plate section wears out faster due to friction with the movable grate. do. At this time, the top plate portion must be replaced, but the top plate portion can be easily removed as is or by simply loosening the connection with the communicating tube of the distal head portion.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the illustrated example, 1 is a fixed grate, 2 is a movable grate, and the fixed grate 1 has an upper plate part 3 and a hollow part 4 inside. It is composed of a distal end head portion 5. As shown in the illustrated example, the distal end head portion 5 is removably connected to a bracket 8 fixed to a communicating pipe 7 branched from an air passage 6 which also serves as a support beam, by means of bolts 9 or the like. The hollow part 4 in the distal head part 5 is communicated with through a communication port 10, and the upper plate part 3 is connected to a receiving part 12 formed in the upper part of the distal head part 5 and a receiving part fixed to the air passage 6. It is fixed via the distal head portion 5 by placing it directly between the metal parts 11 or by tightening bolts 9 or the like. Therefore, when replacing the top plate part 3, it can be removed as is, or only the top plate part 3 can be easily removed by loosening the bolts 9 and the like.

The fixed grate 1 assembled in this way is fixed to the furnace side casing (not shown), and the movable grate 2 is moved to the fixed grate 1 by a drive device (not shown).
The air to be incinerated is transported and stirred along the air flow path, while the air for drying and combustion sent to the airflow 6 passes through the communication pipe 7 to the head 5 at the tip of the fixed grate.
The air is ejected from the air outlet 13 on the front and supplied into the material to be incinerated. It is possible to supply air commensurate with the quality of the material to be incinerated and the state of incineration.

During such continuous operation, the tip head section 5 is forcedly cooled by air, and the movable grate on the top plate section 3 often wears out faster than the tip head section 5 burns out. In that case, the top plate part 3 can be removed as is, or the bolts 9 for fixing the distal head part 5 can be loosened to remove the top plate part 3 and replaced. Further, when the distal head portion 5 is burnt out, the bolt 9 is removed, the distal head portion 5 is removed from the communication pipe 7, and replaced.

Incidentally, if a wear-resistant material is selected for the top plate portion 3 and a heat-resistant material is selected for the distal head portion 5, and these are assembled, the service life can be extended.

As described above, the present invention is a horizontally split stoker type incinerator in which movable grate and fixed grate are arranged in a stepped manner alternately. Consisting of an open distal head section, the distal head section is removably connected to a communication pipe branched from the air passage to communicate the inside of the distal head section with the air passage, and is fixed to the distal head section and the air passage. By arranging the upper surface plate portion between the metal receivers, it is possible to replace the upper surface plate portion, which is subject to severe wear, extremely easily and quickly, and it is also possible to replace the distal head portion, which is prone to wear. This has the effect that a wear-resistant material can be arbitrarily selected for the upper plate portion, and a heat-resistant material can be arbitrarily selected for the distal head portion, which is prone to burnout.
