ニードル弁棒用パツキン装置において、耐摩耗性
を有する充填材入り四弗化樹脂材と、ゴム弾性を
有する弾性材とを貼り合せた薄板状平パツキンを
構成するとともに、該薄板状平パツキンのゴム弾
性材側を高圧側に、四弗化樹脂材を低圧側になる
よう配置し、さらに、該薄板状平パツキンの内径
部を、該内径部を往復動貫通するニードル弁棒の
外径より小径とし、該薄板状平パツキンの内径部
は高圧側に腕曲させてリツプ部を形成、かつ、こ
のリツプ部が入り込むための逃げ溝をスプレーガ
ン本体に形成し、さらに、該薄板状パツキンの外
径側を低圧側から締め増し自在とするパツキン押
しをスプレーガン本体にとりつけてなるニードル
弁棒用パツキン装置を構成したものである。

ずかに腕曲したリツプ部は、パツキン4の板厚と

内径はニードル弁棒2の外径より板厚の約2倍の
