【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) この考案は、転倒堰の堰板の水密ゴムに関する
ものである。

間に隙間aが生じ、この隙間から貯えられている
水が下流側に漏水するという問題点があつた。

筒形の補強材を設けたことを特徴とを特徴として
いる。

を省略)が設置されており、この巻上げ装置のプ
ーリから繰り出されているワイヤ7の端部が、堰
板5の上端部に取り付けた取付片8に繋着されて
いる。堰板5は、貯水時にはこのワイヤ7によつ
て起立状態に支持されているが、巻上げ装置のプ
ーリのロツクを解除することにより、自重および
水圧によつて堰板5の上部が水路の底部にほぼ当
接する状態になるまで転倒する。堰板5を起立さ
せるときは、手動もしくは他の適当な動力でプー
リを巻上げ方向に回転させればよい。

果、水密ゴム11内部において外側部分の伸びと
内側部分の縮みとが均等に行なわれるので、水密
ゴム11の端面と側板6とが密接した状態のまま
保たれる。たま、堰板5の起立が完了する直前に
は押え板15が水密ゴム11の堰板5側の側面に
当接し、上記水密ゴム11の湾曲をより確実なも
のとしている。このように、補強材14と押え板
15の作用によつて、第2図bに示すように水密
ゴム11の湾曲がうまく行なわれるとともに、貯
水時にはそのままの状態が保持されるので、水密
ゴム11の端面と側板6との間に隙間が生じず、
