【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は、公共施設、集合住宅、あるいは公
園などの出入口の路上に設置し、車両の進入を阻

２とほぼ同形状とせられ、ポール１２を倒伏して
収納自在とせしめられている。１７は基台１１の
両側縁と両端縁に各々形成された孔付き取付け片
である。その他、１８はアンカーボルト、１９は

もよい。そして、実際の使用時には、第１図に示
すように、ポール１２を回動して起立せしめ、係
止用ピン１３を基台１１の係止孔１５に挿入係止
せしめて垂直に起立保持せしめる。不使用時には
第３図に示すように、ポール１２を回動して倒伏
せしめ、基台１１の収納溝１６内に収納せしめる

持せしめ、不使用時にはポール１２を倒伏せしめ
て収納溝１６内に収容せしめることができるもの
であつて、ボール１２の起立保持・収納操作を極
めて簡便に行つて車止め機能を有効に発揮せしめ
ることができる。そして、ポール１２を倒起立自
在に構成したため基台１１の水平設置が可能とな
り、ひいては、単に基台１を路上にアンカーボル
ト１８などでもつて取付けるだけで簡単に設置す
ることができ、従来装置のように一々相当の幅と
深さをもつた穴を掘削形成する必要がなく、設置
作業を極めて簡便に、しかも確実に行うことがで
きるものである。
