し、上記シートバツクの内部に配されるシートバ
ツクフレームに固着された支持ブラケツトと、上
記ヘツドレスト本体の内部に配されるヘツドレス
トフレームとの少なくとも何れか一方に上下方向
に長いガイド溝を形成すると共に他方に上記ガイ
ド溝に係合されるガイドピンを設け、かつ上記支
持ブラケツトと上記ヘツドレストフレームとの間
にロツク機構を構成してなり、 上記ガイド溝と上記ガイドピンの係合によつて
上記ヘツドレスト本体が上記シートバツクに対し
上下移動可能に支持されると共に上記ロツク機構
によつて上記ヘツドレストを任意の上下移動位置
