Claims (1)
- ホトレジスト液収納ガロン瓶において、液垂れ
防止枠を設けたキヤツプに接続されたホトレジス
ト液吸い上げ用のチユーブを前記ガロン瓶内に内
蔵し、ホトレジスト塗布装置のレジスト吐出用ポ
ンプから接続されてくるチユーブを前記キヤツプ
に被さる形状のジヨイントによつて前記キヤツプ
に接続された内蔵チユーブに接続させるようにし
たことを特徴とする、ホトレジスト液収納ガロン
瓶。
