それぞれ各別に準備されたホルダ部材を当てが
い、これらをリベツト等の適宜手段で一体的に固
定することによつて形成していた。このため、部
品点数が多くなつて刷子ホルダの組付け作業が煩
雑かつ面倒になる許りでなく、特にプレート部側
においても、整流子側の刷子と同様、ピグテール
付きの刷子をコイル弾機によつて付勢する方式の
ものを採用していたので、モータの組付け後にこ
のピグテールを外して刷子をプレート部に摺接せ
しめる作業が必要になり、特に小型化されたもの
においてこれらの作業をすることは極めて大変で
あつて、作業性に著しく劣り、かつピグテールの
外し忘れや、外しが不充分なことによる不良品の
発生があり問題になつていた。

全く不要になつて、外し忘れによる作動不良のも
のが生じてしまうようなこともなく、もつて、信
