(FRP)浴槽で、該小孔によつて均質なFRP浴槽
を提供しようとするものである。該2例の浴槽を
総合すれば、浴槽体の最も補強を要する底部内に
芯材を補強し、木質あるいは硬質プラスチツク成
形した堅硬薄型のフランジを着脱可能に浴槽上端
に重ねたビスなどで固定した浴槽が得られるが、
該フランジはあくまで外観を暖か味のある材質に
しだけで、浴槽フランジの緩衝体ではなく、かつ
ステンレスの研削による強度の低下を防止し研削
技術、工程を省略するもので入浴者の安全につい
ては夢想だになく、したがつて浴槽の構造につい
て安全性の配慮は皆無である。

付用基片4と取付腕片の2部材で構成すれば緩衝
体の取付けは更に一層容易である。インサート成
形した取付具3は、緩衝体の補強材効果も有す
る。

て入浴姿勢も楽になり、くつろぎ効果が増加し、
膨隆突出していてもその材質上、不本意に滑つて
転倒して枕に当たつてもまことに安全である。

図るのに最適である。(4)製作も浴槽本体とは別個
に成形できるので大きな金型を必要とせずコスト
ダウンになる。(5)インサート成形した取付用基片
によつて後付け可能に構成しているので浴槽フラ
ンジの全周辺が何にも接してない場合に限らず浴
槽側面やフランジのどれかが埋込みとなつている
場合でもそれぞれに応じてコの字型、L型などに
緩衝体を成形し、これに対応して取付用基片のイ
ンサートも数を減らして予め用意しておけば既存
の浴槽にも取付けが容易に可能であり、汎用性を
高めることができる。
