On the other hand, in FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 7 denotes a synthetic resin moving member provided in the switch case 1 so as to be able to move up and down. It is pushed down by pressing the portion 7a, and is returned to its original position by the pressing force of a return spring (coil spring) 8. Reference numerals 9, 9 are brushes attached to both sides of the movable member 7, and these brushes 9, 9 are moved up and down together with the movable member 7, and when the movable member 7 is in the depressed state, the brushes 9, 9 are in the second position. As shown in the figure, the middle common contact 5 and the lower contact 6 are short-circuited, and when the moving member 7 is in the return state, the common contact 6 and the upper contact 4 are short-circuited.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the spring member 13 has a shape in which the tip of a metal plate is bent upward to form a spring portion 13a. The flat plate portion 13b is supported on the bottom plate of the lower case 1a, and the spring portion 13a is provided to press approximately the center portion of the lock pin 10 from behind. Note that this spring member 13 has a through hole 13 provided in its flat plate portion 13b.
c and 13d are fitted into the return spring fitting shaft 8a protruding from the bottom plate of the lower case 1a and the lock pin support portion 14, and are pressed and fixed to the bottom surface of the lower case by the return spring 8.

On the other hand, the lock pin engaging portion 11 is provided to protrude from a vertical wall formed on one side of the moving member 7, and its upper surface is recessed to receive the bent portion at the tip of the lock pin 10. . Further, the lock pin guide surface 12 is formed on the vertical wall surface of the moving member 7 so as to surround the lock pin engaging portion 11.
2 is formed in a step-like manner along the movement path of the tip of the lock pin. That is, the lock pin guide surfaces 12 are arranged in the directions a, b, c, d, as shown in FIG.
It consists of seven planes, e, f, and g, with the c-plane being the highest, followed by the d-plane, e-plane, f-plane, and g-plane, which are the lowest in that order, and the a-plane being the lowest. Also,
The b-plane is an inclined plane that becomes higher from the a-plane toward the c-plane.

The distal end of the lock pin 10, which is constantly in contact with the lock pin guide surface 12 due to the elasticity of the spring member 13, is connected to the moving member 7.
As the spring 8 is pushed down, the spring 8 is displaced in a trajectory shown by arrow A shown in FIG.
When the movable member 7 rises to a certain extent due to the spring force, the movable member 7 comes into contact with the lock pin engaging portion 11 as shown in the figure to prevent the movable member 7 from rising any further. When the movable member 7 is pushed down again, the tip of the lock pin 10 is displaced from the e-plane to the f-plane, releasing the movable member 7, and as the movable member 7 is returned by the return spring 8, the It is designed to return to the a-plane while being displaced along a trajectory like arrow B shown in Figure 2.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional push switch, the spring member 13 that brings the lock pin 10 into contact with the lock pin guide surface 12 of the moving member 7 is pressed and fixed by the return spring 8 with its flat plate portion 13b supported on the bottom surface of the lower case 1a. Therefore, when assembling the switch, the lock pin 10 must be attached after the spring member 13 is assembled, which makes assembly of the switch very troublesome.

That is, since the lock pin 10 is installed by inserting the bent portion of its proximal end into the horizontal hole 15 of the lock pin support portion 14 formed on the bottom surface of the lower case 1a, the spring member 13 is attached. In order to assemble the lock pin 10 later, the base end of the lock pin must be inserted into the horizontal hole 15 of the lock pin support part 14 while pushing the spring part 13a of the spring member 13 outward so as not to interfere with the installation of the lock pin. First, this operation must be carried out with a tool such as tweezers in both hands, and the spring portion 13a of the spring member 13 must be carefully pressed with moderate force to avoid permanently deforming it. Since it has to be pushed outward, the smaller the switch, the more the lock pin 1
0 became very difficult to install, and as a result, it was not possible to assemble the switch with good work efficiency.

That is, in this invention, a lock pin mounting opening is formed on the side surface of the lower case of the switch case opposite to the lock pin mounting portion, and openings are formed inside both side edges of the lock pin mounting opening at the upper end of the lower case. A metal plate having a structure provided with a guide groove for attaching a spring member, and having both sides slidably fit into the guide groove for attaching the spring member on both sides of the lower case so that the spring member that presses the lock pin from behind is fitted. The spring piece is cut and bent to make elastic contact with the lock pin, and the spring piece is inserted into the lock pin installation opening and is placed behind the lock pin and guided through the spring member installation guide groove to the upper part of the lower case. In addition to installing the spring member inserted from the switch case, the opening for attaching the lock pin in the lower case is covered with a cover plate formed in the upper case of the switch case.

The push switch of this invention has a lock pin layer mounting opening formed on the side surface of the lower case, so that the lock pin can be inserted into the lower case from the side surface of the lower case after the return spring and moving member are assembled in the lower case. At the same time, a spring member for pressing the lock pin from behind is inserted from above the lower case behind the lock pin that is inserted through the lock pin mounting opening and guided by the spring member mounting guide groove. Since the opening for installing the lock pin in the lower case is covered with a cover plate formed in the upper case, the lock pin can be installed easily and easily from the side of the lower case without the spring member getting in the way. Therefore, the switch can be easily assembled.

A switch case that is a combination of a lower case and an upper case, a movable member that is provided in the switch case so as to be movable up and down and is pushed down by a pressing operation of an operating section that protrudes above the switch case, and a movable member that is moved upwardly. a return spring that presses the switch; a contact that is switched by the vertical movement of the movable member; a U-shaped lock pin whose base end is supported on the bottom plate of the switch case and swings about the base end; and the movable member. a locking portion formed on the movable member that abuts the tip of the lock pin from below when the movable member is pressed down; and a locking portion formed on the movable member that guides the tip of the lock pin onto the locking portion when the movable member is first depressed and a lock pin guide surface that releases the tip of the lock pin from the locking portion when the movable member is pressed down; and a spring member that presses the lock pin from behind toward the movable member to bring the lock pin tip into contact with the lock pin guide surface of the movable member. In a push switch comprising:
A lock pin mounting opening is formed in the lower case of the switch case on the side surface facing the lock pin mounting portion, and a spring member is mounted on the inside of both side edges of the lock pin mounting opening, which are opened at the upper end of the lower case. The structure includes a guide groove, and the spring member that presses the lock pin from behind is attached to a metal plate whose both sides slidably fit into the spring member attachment guide grooves on both sides of the lower case. The spring piece is cut and bent to make elastic contact with the spring member, and is inserted from above the lower case by being guided by the spring member mounting guide groove behind the lock pin that is inserted and mounted from the lock pin mounting opening. A push switch characterized in that the spring member is installed in the push switch case, and the opening for attaching the lock pin in the lower case is covered with a cover plate formed in the upper case of the switch case.
