。第４図はロールクラウンの変更が可能な従来の
分割型補強ロールの縦断面図、第５図は第４図の
ロール軸の、各々のローラ軸着部の偏心状態を示
す説明図である。 第１図〜第３図において、５，６，７はころが
り軸受（分割ローラ）、２０は分割型補強ロール
、２１はロール軸、２２，２３，２４はローラ軸
着部、２５は玉軸受軸着部、２７は連結リング、
２８は予圧ばね、２６はアンギユラ玉軸受、３１
はスリーブ、３６は深溝玉軸受、４０は分割型補
強ロールである。

Claims (1)
- 軸心から偏心して複数の分割ローラ軸着部が形
成されたロール軸と、このロール軸に分割ローラ
軸着部における各々の分割ローラを介して遊嵌さ
れた一つの円筒状のスリーブとを具備した分割型
補強ロールにおいて、前記スリーブの軸方向両端
部に位置したロール軸上に、スリーブに作用する
スラスト力を受けるための、玉軸受によるスラス
ト受け手段を設けたことを特徴とする圧延機の分
割型補強ロール。
