As shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-71471, the disk player has an optical pickup mounted on a support member that slides on two mutually parallel guide rails consisting of a shaft disposed on a chassis. There is also a device in which the optical pickup is moved in the radial direction of the disk by driving the support member to perform disk playback.

Correspondingly, the optical pickup is precisely constructed so as to be driven vertically and horizontally along the track of the disk. Therefore, when transporting an optical disc player, it is necessary to protect the optical pickup from shock during transport.

The optical pickup was pressed against the upper surface of the optical pickup to increase the contact force and fixed to the chassis, and the movement of the optical pickup was restricted, thereby alleviating the shock during transportation. By doing so, the support member does not slide, so that the optical pickup and the drive mechanism for driving the support member can be protected from impact during transportation.

Among the minicomputers, there are many popular minicomputers that have an amplifier, tuner, and tape deck built into the same housing to reduce costs. Recently, minicomputers like this one with a built-in CD player have also started appearing. In conventional minicomputers of this type, the CD player was placed at the bottom or top of the case, so the optical pickup could be protected from shock during transportation using fixing parts. That is, although the fixing parts for fixing the optical pickup usually need to be removed using a tool such as a screwdriver, the CD player is installed so that the optical pickup is placed in a position where the tool can be reached from outside the housing. This is because

There are cases where it is desired to place the player in the middle of the housing. In that case, the optical pickup can be fixed by slightly rotating the fixing part, and a long lever is connected and fixed to the fixing part, and the lever can be operated from outside the housing. It is conceivable to rotate the fixing part by operating it and fix the optical pickup, but since this method involves operating a long lever, a strong force is applied to the fixing part due to the lever principle. There was a fear that the optical pickup would be damaged by the fixing parts.

れる。 During transportation, first slide the support member 2 to the position closest to the turntable 18 on which the disk is placed, and then slide the support member 2 to the position closest to the turntable 18 on which the disk is placed. The knob 20 provided at the other end is operated in the direction of arrow C. Then, one end of the lever 6 rotates in the direction of arrow D around the shaft 6a. In this case, since the shaft 6a is provided at a position that is considerably offset from the center of the lever 6 to one end of the lever 6,
Compared to the moving distance of the other end of the lever 6,
The movement distance of one end is small, and the operation of the other end requires only a weak force due to the lever principle. Further, a substantially V-shaped notch 7 is formed at one end of the lever 6, and the other end of the connecting member 5 is loosely fitted into the notch 7, but when the locking member 4 is in the non-locking position, The tip of the other end of the connecting member 5 is in contact with the inner wall of the inner wall of the notch 7 (near the point X), and the tip of the connecting member 5 is rounded.
Therefore, when one end of the lever 6 rotates in the direction of arrow D, the tip of the connecting member 5 slides along the inner wall of the notch 7. When the tip of the connecting member 5 slides along the inner wall of the notch 7, a force in the direction of arrow E is applied to the connecting member 5, so that the locking member 4 moves in the direction of arrow E around the shaft 4a. Rotate to. When the locking member 4 rotates, the tapered portion 4c of the locking member 4 is inserted between the sliding portion 12 of the supporting member 2 and the chassis 9, and as the locking member 4 rotates in the direction of arrow E, the tapered portion 4c
c, the thicker part is gradually inserted between the sliding part 12 and the chassis 9, and the notch 4b of the locking member 4 and the protrusion 3 provided on the lower surface of the sliding part 12 are connected. Engagement takes place. Here, when the operating distance of the lever 6 reaches a predetermined amount and the notch 4b and the protrusion 3 are engaged by a predetermined amount, the other end of the connecting member 5 comes into contact with the inner wall of the notch 7 of the lever 6. The point of contact is from near point X in Figure 1 to Y in Figure 2.
transition to a point. Therefore, since the force applied to the connecting member 5 approaches the shaft 4a of the locking member 4, if the force for operating the lever 6 is constant, the rotational force applied to the locking member 4 weakens. Therefore, the notch 4b of the lock member 4 and the projection 3 are engaged with a weak force from the middle, so that the impact on the support member 2 due to the rotational force of the lock member 4 is alleviated.

When the notch 4b of the locking member 4 and the protrusion 3 are engaged, the thickest part of the tapered part 4c is made thicker than the distance between the sliding part 12 and the chassis 9. Therefore, due to the abutting force of the tapered portion 4c on the sliding portion 12,
Since the support member 2 is rotated about the second guide rail 11, the support member 2 is pushed upward by the rotation of the lock member 4 in the direction of arrow E. Then, when the support member 2 is pushed up by a predetermined amount,
As shown in FIG. 6, the claw 15a of the locking piece 15 is
Since it comes into contact with the rib 10a of the guide rail 10, the knob 20 is operated in the direction of arrow C to rotate the lock member 4. In this state, that is, the state in which the locking member 4 is in the locked position, the engagement between the notch 4b of the locking member 4 and the protrusion 3 is completed as shown in FIG. The sliding movement of the support member 2 is restricted by being gripped by the tip and base of the support member 4. Also, at this time, the locking piece 1 of the sliding portion 12

る。 On the other hand, in order to release the sliding restriction of the support member 2 by the lock member 4, the knob 20 may be operated in the direction of arrow F in FIG. When the knob 20 is operated in the direction of arrow F, the other end of the lever 6 is rotated in the direction of arrow F, and one end of the lever 6 is rotated in the direction of arrow G. When one end of the lever 6 rotates in the direction of arrow G, a force in the direction of arrow H is applied to the connecting member 5, so that the locking member 4 rotates in the direction of arrow H. Therefore, when the knob 20 is operated in the direction of arrow F to a predetermined position, the locking member 4 is rotated to the unlocked position shown in FIG. 1, and the sliding movement of the supporting member 2 is released. Incidentally, when one end of the lever 6 is rotated in the direction of arrow G, the tip of the connecting member 5 is attached to the lever on a side different from the inner wall on which it slides when the one end of the lever 6 is rotated in the direction of arrow D. 6 is slid along the inner wall of the notch 7, but the notch 7
has a substantially V-shape that is symmetrical with respect to the center line of the lever 6 passing on the shaft 6a, so that the rotational force of the locking member 4 is reduced when the locking member 4 is rotated from the non-locking position to the locking position. On the contrary, it is weak at first and then becomes strong.
