【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]

[産業上の利用分野] 本考案は、乳製品やジユース等の流動飲食物等
を収容する無菌充填システムに用いる密封袋に使
用される注出口に関する。 [従来技術] 無菌充填システムの容器形態は通常バツクイン
ボツクスと呼ばれ、二枚のプラスチツクフイルム
周縁をヒートシールした袋に内容物を充填し、こ
れらの袋をダンボール箱に入れて流通させるもの
であり、缶や瓶に替わる業務用容器として注目さ
れているものである。さらに、この無菌充填シス
テムは液体食品の中でも特に熱により品質劣化を
起こしやすい牛乳、クリーム、オレンジジユース
等の業務用容器として利用が広がつている。 従来のバツクインボツクス無菌充填システム
は、γ線により殺菌した密封袋の注出口を無菌チ
ヤンバー内に入れ、密封を行う中栓を袋の外側に
外し、このチヤンバー内で内容物を無菌的に充填
するものであつた。従つて、外した中栓の無菌性
を維持するため、この中栓もチヤンバーに入れて
おく必要があり、そのために大型のチヤンバーが
必要となるので充填機全体の価格も高価となつて
しまつた。 その他、注出口の殺菌を蒸気で行いチヤンバー
の中に中栓を外すシステムもあるが、このシステ
ムは装置として高価となり、また、充填能力も低
く、経済的に好ましいものではなかつた。 そこで、注出口を密封する中栓を注出口取付部
分に対向する袋の内側に設け、注出口に対して
は、中栓が袋の内側から嵌合するよう構成した注
出口付密封袋を使用して、内容物充填に際しては
充填ノズルの下端に注出口を装着、蒸気で殺菌し
た後、袋の内側に中栓を外して充填を行うシステ
ムが開発された。このシステムは充填ノズルの下
がいわば従来の無菌チヤンバーとなり、装置が小
さく安価となる利点があつた。 そして、ここで使用する注出口には中栓が袋の
内側から嵌合されており、この嵌合部により袋の
外と内とが分断され、嵌合部を挟んで菌がある状
態と無菌状態とが隣合わせになつており、γ栓殺
菌を行つた後の袋の無菌性を維持しているもので
ある。 [考案が解決しようとする問題点] 完全な無菌充填のためには注出口と中栓との嵌
合部分の狭い隙間まで完全に殺菌しなければなら
ないが、この嵌合部は注出口と中栓とに挟まれ
て、近傍の空間は狭く、嵌合部の細部まで蒸気が
進入しにくいため、殺菌性が低いという問題点が
あつた。 そこで、本考案は無菌システムに使用する密封
袋の注出口部分の無菌充填性能を向上させること
を目的とするものである。 [考案の構成] 本考案においては、上面プラスチツク積層フイ
ルムと下面プラスチツク積層フイルムとを重ね合
わせ、その周縁をシールして密封袋とし、上面プ
ラスチツク積層フイルムの適宜箇所には注出口本
体を、下面プラスチツク積層フイルムの注出口本
体に対応する箇所には中栓をそれぞれ接合固定す
るとともに、上記注出口本体の内壁あるいは上記
中栓の外壁に、上端部に接触突条部、それより下
方に嵌合突起部を設け、上記注出口本体に上記中
栓を嵌合することにより、注出口本体内壁と中栓
外壁との間に無菌間隙部を形成するよう構成され
た密封袋用注出口となつている。 [作用] γ線殺菌を行つた密封袋に内容物を充填した後
の密封袋における注出口本体と中栓との嵌合部分
は、嵌合突起部の嵌合により外気と袋内部とは遮
断され、さらに、接触突条部により外気の進入を
防止されるので、嵌合突条部と接触突起部とによ
り囲まれた間隙部分は無菌状態を維持し、充填後
には外部に出ている注出口本体端と中栓端部とを
殺菌するだけで、袋内部は常時無菌状態に保た
れ、内容物の長期間無菌状態維持が出来る。 [実施例] 以下、本考案の実施例を図面により説明する。 第1図は注出口付密封袋の全体図であつて、上
面プラスチツク積層フイルム2と下面プラスチツ
ク積層フイルム3とを重合、四辺をヒートシール
してシール部4とし、寸法470mm×470mmで容量10
の密封袋1とする。上面プラスチツク積層フイ
ルム2および下面プラスチツク積層フイルム3
は、例えば延伸ポリアミドフイルム(15μ)と中
密度ポリエチレン(40μ)とをウレタン系接着剤
により貼り合わせた積層フイルム等である。密封
袋1の上面プラスチツク積層フイルム2には注出
口本体5が取り付けられている。注出口本体5は
高密度ポリエチレンよりなり、筒状胴部6の上部
を開口し、下部には鍔状取付片7が設けられてお
り、密封袋内面から筒状胴部6を突出させ、鍔状
取付片7と上面プラスチツク積層フイルム2周縁
とをヒートシールさせて取り付ける。密封袋1の
下面プラスチツク積層フイルム3には中栓8が取
り付けられている。中栓8は高密度ポリエチレン
よりなり、中空突出部9と、鍔状突出部10とを
持ち、下面プラスチツク積層フイルム3内壁に鍔
状突出部10をヒートシールして固定している。
中空突出部9の中央部および上端部外周面には嵌
合突起部11と接触突条部12とが円周に沿つて
設けられている。中栓8の中空突出部9を注出口
本体5の筒条胴部6に挿入すると、嵌合突起部1
1が筒状胴部6内壁に押圧し、注出口本体5と中
栓8とは密封状態で嵌合し、密封袋1の内部13
と外部とはこの嵌合部分で遮断され、さらに、中
栓8の中空突出部9上端部の接触突条部12と、
注出口本体5の筒条胴部6内壁とが接触し、密封
袋1の内部13と外部とは二重に遮断される。 このように構成する注出口を付けた密封袋に無

中、中栓8上端の接触突条部12により外気を遮
断しているので、この無菌の間隙部14に菌が混
入する可能性も少ない。 次に本考案の効果を確認するため、次の実験を
行つた。 条件1……本考案の密封袋を15KGyのγ線で殺
菌し、1週間通常の部屋で注出口を外気に曝し
て保存し、その後蒸気殺菌式無菌バツクインボ
ツクス充填機(大日本印刷株式会社製)で各袋
