の付勢力に抗して前記ラツチを非係合位置に変位
させると共に、該非係合位置に保持させるべく変
位するカムレバーとから構成すると共に、前記連
結部材を一対のロツク装置の前記カムレバーの連
結するロツドから構成し、前記シリンダ錠に、前
記ロツドをカムレバーの変位方向に変位させるキ
ーレバーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)記
