Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure beautiful design by laminating a thermal plastic resin layer, a coating film formed by aqueous elastic paint and a surface protection layer made of synthetic resin over non-woven fabric in that order, and thereby applying embossed finish thereafter. CONSTITUTION:Thermal plastic resin composition such as polyvinyl chloride and the like is applied on non-woven fabric 1, so that thermal plastic resin layer 2 is thereby laminated, over which a coating film 3 formed by aqueous elastic paint and a surface protective layer 4 made of synthetic resin excellent in weather resistance are laminated in order, so that a sheet is thereby formed. The sheet is then pressed by an unevenness mold with pressure, and embossed treatment is concurrently processed with heat applied, so that embossment 5 composed of each projection section 5A and each recessed section 5B is thereby provided. By this constitution, a decorative laminated sheet with embossment on its surface can thereby be formed.

[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to improvements in decorative sheets for application to exterior materials of buildings. [Prior Art 1] Decoration of exterior walls using lightweight foamed concrete (ALC), glass l1iN reinforced concrete (GRC), ceramic panels, polycarbonate, etc. is generally done by spray painting with paint. Spray painting has the drawbacks of creating mist, which creates a poor working environment, tends to cause uneven coating near the scaffolding, and requires a long time for the paint film to cure. Also, with spray painting, it is not possible to easily create patterns, making it difficult to create a beautiful exterior. Therefore, in order to avoid the need for on-site painting, we have developed a decorative sheet, which is made by sequentially applying a coating of water-based elastic paint, a printed pattern layer, and a surface protection layer to a nonwoven fabric made of synthetic resin fibers or glass fibers, as an exterior material. It has become common practice to paste None of these decorative sheets have embossments. This is because even if the decorative sheet having the above structure is embossed, the irregularities return to their original shape due to the elasticity of the coating film, and the embossment disappears. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet for exterior use having the above-described structure of a nonwoven fabric, a water-based elastic paint, and a surface protective layer, which has an embossed surface. [Means for Solving the Problems] As shown in the drawings, the exterior decorative sheet of the present invention comprises a nonwoven fabric (1), a thermoplastic resin layer (2), a water-based elastic paint film (3), and Surface protective layers (4) made of weather-resistant synthetic resin are laminated in order and embossed to form convex portions (5).
A>, embossing (
5). The thermoplastic resin used in the present invention is typically polyvinyl chloride, and other materials such as polyolefin, acrylic resin, polycarbonate, and polystyrene can also be used. The thermoplastic resin layer may be provided by laminating a film of the above-mentioned resin on a nonwoven fabric, but is preferably provided by applying a polyvinyl chloride sol to the nonwoven fabric and gelling it. At this time, a blowing agent may be added to the polyvinyl chloride sol. The thickness of the thermoplastic resin layer is determined depending on the depth of the embossing provided on the decorative sheet. When the embossed pattern is a general one, in order to form the depth, it is sufficient that the thickness of the resin layer is 100 μm or more. If the layer is too thick, it becomes difficult to plasticize during embossing, so it is preferable to keep the thickness within 300 μm. The non-woven fabric may be made from fibers such as glass, asbestos or synthetic resin. Water-based elastic paints are used to make decorative materials made by pasting decorative sheets on exterior materials waterproof. Examples of water-based elastic paints include acrylic emulsions, acrylic-styrene emulsions, acrylic-vinyl acetate emulsions, and cement filler emulsions. The coating may be applied by any known means such as roll coating, knife coating, flow coating, brush coating, or spray coating. The thickness of the coating film is 200 μm so that the heat during embossing is sufficiently transmitted to the thermoplastic resin layer.
It is preferable to do the following. If a solvent that degrades the thermoplastic resin is used when forming the surface protective layer, it is recommended that the thickness of the water-based elastic paint film be 150 μm or more. The surface protective layer is preferably formed of a synthetic resin that has excellent surface properties such as stain resistance, abrasion resistance, and scratch resistance in addition to weather resistance. Such resins include acrylic resins and fluororesins, and specific examples include polymethyl methacrylate,
Such as polyvinylidene fluoride. A thickness of about 10 to 200 μm is sufficient for the protective layer. In order to improve the light resistance of the decorative sheet, it is preferable to add an ultraviolet absorber to the protective layer. The surface protective layer is formed by applying a paint containing the above-mentioned resin as a vehicle, or by making a resin film and laminating it. If desired, a pattern printing layer can be provided between the surface protective layer and the water-based elastic paint film. The pattern printing layer may be provided by a known printing method or transfer method. The ink used for printing preferably uses a weather-resistant resin as a vehicle. The embossing pattern is arbitrary. The embossing is
It may be provided by a means that involves plastic deformation of the thermoplastic resin layer, that is, by applying pressure with a concavo-convex mold and applying heat. [Function] In a decorative sheet having a structure of non-woven fabric and one surface protective layer of water-based elastic paint, a thermoplastic resin layer is present between the non-woven fabric and the coating film of the water-based elastic paint, resulting in a decorative sheet with embossments. is obtained. When you press the embossing mold with heat, the thermoplastic resin layer will have corresponding irregularities.
The coating film of the water-based elastic paint and the surface protective layer also have unevenness along them. Since the irregularities formed on the thermoplastic resin layer are fixed when cooled, the coating film and the protective layer that are in close contact with the thermoplastic resin layer retain their irregularities. (manufactured by Adeka Argus) The above thermoplastic resin composition was applied onto a vinylon fiber nonwoven fabric [Silbon NTPJ (manufactured by Kojin ■) to a thickness of 230 μm, and was semi-gelled. The above water-based elastic paint was applied to a thickness of 180 μm on the resin layer and dried, and then a fluororesin paint “Bonflon #300J (manufactured by Asahi Glass) was applied to a thickness of 25 μm. A surface protective layer was formed on this laminated sheet at a sheet heating temperature of 230°C and a pressure of 15°C.
K! The decorative sheet of the present invention was obtained by embossing under If/tri conditions. This decorative sheet had sharp embossing. [Comparative Example] A laminated sheet obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the thermoplastic resin layer was not provided was subjected to embossing in the same manner as in Example 1. This sheet had a gentle drawing that did not reproduce the unevenness of the embossed plate. [Example 2] A blowing agent "AZSJ" was added to the thermoplastic resin used in Example 1.
(manufactured by Human Urine Chemical Co., Ltd.) was added to 2 phr and applied to a vinylon fiber nonwoven fabric "Silbon" to a thickness of 130 μm, and was semi-gelled. A coating film was provided on the resin layer in the same manner as in Example 1, a pattern was printed on the coating film, and then a protective layer in the same manner as in Example 1 was provided. This sheet was embossed under the same conditions as Example 1,
A decorative sheet of the present invention was obtained.
