綿やスポンジを押し込め充填している。しかし綿
では薬剤に綿繊維が附着したり、スポンジではそ
の材質の臭いがついたりする欠点がある。これを
防ぐため最近ではポリエチレン等の合成樹脂フイ
ルムを所要の大きさに切断し、これをまるめるよ
うにして容器内に充填する方法が実用化されてい
る。しかしこの樹脂フイルムの充填は大型な装置
となつている。即ち薬剤を充填した容器をターン
テーブル上に定ピツチで供給し、容器をターンテ
ーブルの駆動とともに移動させると共にこのター
ンテーブル上方で、かつ各容器と対向する位置に
フイルム押込用のロツドとパイプとを一組として
夫々を配設し、この各ロツドパイプをターンテー
ブルの回動と同期して回動せしめると共に定位置
で供給されたフイルムを別の定位置でロツドの降
下動作にて容器内へフイルムをまるめて押し込む
ようになしている。このため装置が大型化するだ
けでなく、各容器毎に押込機構が要するため機構
が複雑なものとなり、従つて装置も高価となる。

の送り出し手段の前方位置にフイルムをまるめて
容器内に押し込む手段を配設すると共にこの押し
込み手段を容器の高さに合わせて可変式として昇
降する二本一対の押込ロツドとこの各ロツドの下
方位置にロツド挿入可能にして配設したガイドパ
イプとより構成し、かつこの二本の平行したガイ
ドパイプを送り出し手段に近接したフイルム供給
位置と、容器の搬送ライン上にある押込位置とに
位置せしめ、さらにこのガイドパイプを上下反転
せしめつつ旋回せしめてその位置を交互に入れ変
え、このパイプの上下反転旋回と押込ロツドの昇
降及び容器搬送ラインの間歇送り速度とを同調せ
しめるようになす。

として繰り出されたフイルムをこの昇降する刃に
て切断してもよいがより効果的に行なうには回転
するローラをフイルムの上下に配し、このローラ
に刃を突設し、上下ローラの刃2aがフイルムの
繰り出しと同調させて上下に一致した時フイルム
を切断するようにしてもよい。またこの定寸に切
断されたフイルムFはこれを挾持されて正確に送
り出されるようにカツター2と近接して送り出し
装置3が設けられる。この送り出し装置3は第2
図以下に詳示する如く両端にローラ3a,3bを
配し、このローラ3a,3b間にエンドレスベル
ト3cを張架したベルトコンベアを上下に対設し
て成り、この上下両ベルトコンベア3A,3Bを
ローラ3aを駆動することにより同調して駆動す
れば定寸に切断されたフイルムFは、この上下ベ
ルトコンベア3A,3B間に挾持されて次工程側
へ送り出される。このローラ3a及びカツター
2、繰り出しローラ1は図示の如く各軸端部に固
定された歯車を互いに直接もしくは中間歯車を介
して噛合せしめることにより同調して駆動せしめ
られるものである。送り出し装置3に隣接される
フイルム押し込み手段4は昇降する2本の押込ロ
ツド4a,4bを上方に2本のガイドパイプ5
a,5bを下方に配して上下に対設して成る。さ
らに詳しくは押込ロツド4a,4bは本体フレー
ムに縦方向に突設したガイドロツド41に摺動自
在に支持された昇降枠42に夫々下方向に突出す
るようにして垂設し、昇降枠42を昇降アーム4
3に係止することにより、このアーム43を上下
動させることによつて昇降枠即ち2本の押込ロツ
ド4a,4bを同時に昇降せしめるものである。
このアーム43をシリンダに代えても同様の昇降
操作を行なわしめられる。そしてこの2本の押込
ロツド4a,4bは一方を即ち4aをガイドパイ
プ5a、又は5b内に定寸に切断されたフイルム
Fの中央部を押し下げフイルムを中央で二つ折り
にしてまるめるようにしてガイドパイプ内へ押し
込め、他方の押込ロツド4bではこのガイドパイ
プ内に押し込められたフイルムを反転して即ち上
記ガイドパイプの上下を反転して容器内へ挿入充
填せしめるようになすもので、この二本の押込ロ
ツド4aと4bは送り出し装置に近接して押込ロ

A cutting means for cutting the film to a fixed size and a feeding means for further feeding out the cut film are provided in the middle of the means for feeding out the film sequentially from the film roller, and the feeding means and cutting means are used to adjust the length of the filled film according to the size of the container, etc. The film is of a variable adjustable type so that it can be cut variably, and a means for rolling up the film and pushing it into the container is disposed in front of the feeding means, and this pushing means is variable and can be raised and lowered according to the height of the container. The guide pipe is placed at the push-in position on the conveyance line, and the guide pipe is rotated while being turned upside down, and the position is alternately turned upside down.
A cushioning material pushing device characterized in that a film is automatically inserted into a container as a cushioning material by synchronizing the rotation, the lifting and lowering of a pushing rod, and the intermittent feeding speed of a container conveying line.
