FIG. 2 shows details of the color booth 5. In other words, the top of the table 6 is the place where printed matter is placed, and the width (or width) direction is usually 20 mm.
Divide the 40th vertical area 7 by drawing a vertical line, and use serial numbers (No. 1, 2, 3, etc.) to identify each area 7.
...20) is established. The width of one zone 7 is currently about 35 m/m, which is determined based on the performance of the device, practical experience, etc. In front of each zone 7, there is a row of pushbutton switches 9 and 10 with numbers corresponding to each zone 7, 9 being an ink increase operation switch, and 10 being an ink decrease operation switch. Furthermore, between the operation switch rows 9 and 10 and the zone 7, there are eight rows of LED display boards that also display the rate of ink increase/decrease for each zone. Although the basic part of the color tone adjustment of printed matter is automatically performed, the final fine adjustment is performed on the color table 5 by operating the above-mentioned ink increase/decrease operation switch.

That is, place the printed matter on the stand 6 and check it. If, for example, there is a poor color tone within the width of area No. 5, press the No. If you perform an increase or decrease operation while looking at the basic color tone (the basic tone is already displayed), this signal will operate the divided ink keys (not shown) corresponding to each area to increase or decrease the amount of ink. The color tone will be adjusted by increasing or decreasing.

Further, the present invention automatically operates the dust removal device by utilizing the above-mentioned area 7 identification function and the electric signal generation function by the ink increase/decrease operation switch corresponding to the area 7. That is, when performing the dust removal operation, first switch the changeover switch 11 on the right end of the color booth to the "dust removal side", and from this, the push button in the 9 rows of ink increase operation switches will be switched to the "garbage location signal switch". It has been made.
In other words, when you find a hit key in a printed matter placed on the color booth, you can identify the area number corresponding to the location of the hit key by identifying area 7 using the vertical line on the stand, just as you would when adjusting the color. However, when the ink increase operation switch located in front of the identified area is pressed, this signal automatically performs dust removal through the signal processing shown in FIG.

FIG. 3 will be explained. As mentioned above, when the switch 11 at the location of the hit key is pressed, the input conversion section 12 converts it into a necessary location signal, which is input to the control section 13 and processed by the CPU 14 to drive the dust removal device 4. It is converted into a signal (for example, the number of pulses, etc.) to control the motor, solenoid, etc. 15 necessary to automatically control the dust removal device 4.

Next, details of the dust removal device 4 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6. 1 in the figure is the plate cylinder,
A guide rail 17 is installed in the width direction, and a driving stepping motor 16 for moving the dust removal device 4 left and right in boxes 18 at both ends and a dust removal head member 20 are moved forward and backward relative to the plate cylinder 1. A driving air cylinder device (not shown) is built-in. The dust removal head member 20 has both side head parts 19 and 1 made of hard rubber-like elastic material.
It is a rectangular plate with a rounded 9′. The width of the tip of the head portions 19, 19' is equal to the width of the vertical area 7 of the color booth 5 (or the width of the divided ink key for controlling the amount of ink), and covers the entire vertical area where dirt is present. It is sized to cover. Further, reference numeral 21 denotes a cleaning device for immediately cleaning ink, dirt, etc. attached to the head portions 19, 19' of the dust removal head member 20. One of the features of the present invention is that the head member 20 and the cleaning device 21

That is, in response to the above-mentioned garbage location confirmation and garbage removal signal, the drive motor is activated and the garbage removal device 4 is moved to the area where the garbage is located, and then the garbage removal head member 20 is moved to the cleaning device 2 by the force of the air cylinder.
1 and moves forward toward the plate cylinder 1 and stops at a position where one head portion contacts the plate surface. Note that this stop position is adjusted in advance by a fine adjustment mechanism so that the stop position is at an optimum position. Since plate cylinder 1 is rotating,
Dust is removed by the relative movement with the head and is scraped onto the head along with the ink. After a certain contact time, the head member 20 is withdrawn from the plate cylinder 1. During this retraction, the head 20 is rotated 180 degrees by a gear and a ratchet mechanism (described later) provided on the underside of the head member 20, and the head with ink and dirt is replaced with the clean head.
The rear head is always clean and ready for the next removal operation.

During this 180° rotation, as shown in FIG. 5, the dirty ink and dirt in the head parts 19 and 19' are removed by dissolving the ink in the cleaning device 21. Contains fibrous 2
It is wiped clean by passing between the cleaning tools 22 at a constant speed. Furthermore, the cleaning device 21 includes a pot 2 made of sponge containing a filling 52 for suctioning and storing the ink solution for storing the ink solution.
3, there is a replenishment hole 24 that allows ink solution to constantly soak into the cleaning tool 22 from this pot 23, and the part of the outer surface of the cleaning tool 22 that does not hold the removal head member is treated with chemicals or the like to make the surface non-volatile, so that it can last for a long time. It is designed to maintain its cleaning function over a long period of time.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, there is a copper scraper 25 on the side of the cleaning tool 22, and this scraper 25 scrapes off dust and ink adhering to the cleaning surface of the cleaning tool 22 to clean the same surface. A dirt receiving groove 26 is provided as a means for temporarily storing scraped dirt and ink scum to maintain the long-term cleaning function of the cleaning tool 22. In this manner, immediately after removing dust, the dust removal device 4 replaces the clean side of the dust removal head member to complete the preparation for the next work, and at the same time, the dirty side of the dust removal head member is cleaned by the cleaning tool 22, which dissolves ink and removes ink. The cleaning function is maintained for a long period of time by scraping off dirt, etc. Furthermore, when it is desired to replace the cleaning tool 22, the cap 27 can be removed by removing four setscrews, so that the cleaning tool 22 can be easily replaced.
