および屋外側熱交換器６等を備え、上記屋内ユニ
ツト１に冷媒配管８および電気配線９等により接
続された屋外ユニツト４とを備えた空気調和装置
Ａであつて、上記屋内ユニツト１および屋外ユニ
ツト４には、冷房時、屋外ユニツト４に連通され
る一方、暖房時、屋内ユニツト１に連通される乾
燥室１２が隣設されていることを特徴とする空気
調和装置。 (2) 蒸発器２、圧縮機５および凝縮器６等が内
装されたケーシング２０と、該ケーシング２０に
突設された排気ダクト２２とを備え、局所的に冷
房を行う空気調和装置Ｂであつて、上記ケーシン
グ２０には、被乾燥物Ｗを上記排気ダクト２２か
ら排出さる排熱風によつて乾燥すべく支持する支
持手段２３が設けられていることを特徴とする空
