ヨンレバーと係合する回動固定板を支軸廻りに支
承し、回動固定板がポジシヨンレバーの操作時が
支軸廻りに回動しかつ操作停止時に固定されるよ
うに該回動固定板に摩擦抵抗を付与するバネを設
け、ポジシヨンレバーと回動固定板との間に、ポ
ジシヨンレバーを下げ方向に付勢するバネを設け
たものである。

げ方向に戻るように構成されている。
