For products that do not show any visible change over time, such as deodorizers made of activated carbon used in household refrigerators, etc., or sublimation insect repellents stored in breathable containers, etc. There are concerns about determining when the effective period of use (approximately 6 months) will end. Therefore, in the past, measures have been taken such as writing the start date and time of use on a part of the casing before use.

However, since the indicator using the above-mentioned scientific changes has a long display period, the oxidation or decomposition rate is extremely slow, so it is not clear that the indicator changes due to discoloration of the drug, etc. Moreover, the degree of discoloration must be judged intuitively, and especially in the display end area, the intermediate state of discoloration may last for a relatively long period of time, and the final state, such as the period of the highest concentration of change, must be judged intuitively. It was difficult to confirm the status, and as a result, the period display was inaccurate. In addition, these conventional indicators have problems such as bulkiness of the container, restrictions on the posture of the container during use, and high cost.

According to the above means, in the sublimable dye coated display material sealed in the gas-impermeable container, sublimation of the dye is suppressed after the dye vapor pressure in the container reaches a predetermined pressure. It is kept stable.

Fig. 1 is a configuration diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a diagram showing its usage state. A chuck-shaped seal portion 2 that can be opened and closed is formed, and inside the bag 1 is a sublimable dye (manufactured by Hodogaya Chemical Co., Ltd.,
A sublimable dye display material 3 composed of a core material coated with color former MT-Z) is housed. In this case, the display material 3 is colored by using a thick board made by laminating and pressing cardboard or non-woven fabric/filter paper, or a thin sheet of Japanese paper, non-woven fabric, cloth, etc. as a core material, and applying different colors to the surface thereof. The non-sublimable dye and the sublimable dye may be applied sequentially or as a mixture, or the sublimable dye of a different color may be applied to a color board or sheet.

As described above, according to the indicator of the present invention, the sublimable dye applied to the display material in the gas-impermeable container is absorbed and transferred to the adsorbent material.
As a result, it is possible to estimate the elapsed date and time based on the color density of the adsorbent or the discoloration of the display material to a non-sublimable dye color or fabric color due to volatilization of the sublimable dye. This can be easily and reliably determined by comparing the color change between the display material and the adsorbent placed side by side in the bag, so for example, the final time is the point at which the color changes between the display material and the adsorbent. In addition to being able to demonstrate the aging determination function, this aging period can be adjusted from 1 week to 6 days by adjusting the absorption capacity by adjusting the amount of sublimable dye applied in the display material or the adsorption area or amount of the adsorbent. It can be freely selected within a range of about 10 months, and it functions stably regardless of the container posture during use, so it can be pasted on the side of a container such as a deodorizer that is subject to aging. The indicator of the present invention is extremely useful in practice as a device for determining elapsed time, as it can be easily used, such as when worn together, and can be provided at a low cost due to its simple structure.
