[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an automobile mount for supporting the wheels of an automobile by raising them above the floor or road surface.

At automobile exhibition halls and showrooms, the wheels W of the automobile C are placed on a pedestal 1 installed on the floor as shown in Fig. 6 to raise the wheels W from the floor and prevent damage to the tires. It prevents this and at the same time obtains a shoot-up effect.

Conventionally, the pedestal 1 used for such purposes is
As shown in Fig. 7, it is made up of a wooden block that is trapezoidal in side view, with riding parts 3, 3 integrally provided at the front and rear of a support part 2 that supports the wheels, and its front view is shown in Fig. 8. It was shaped like a rectangle.
Therefore, when installed on the floor, the left and right side surfaces 3a, 3a of the climbing section 3 rise vertically from the floor surface, and the top surface 3b of the climbing section 3 moves toward the top end of the slope section 3, thereby increasing the upward slope. It becomes an inclined surface. Note that the upper surface 2a of the support portion 2 is a flat horizontal surface.

Therefore, when the wheels W of the automobile are to be mounted on the mount 1 installed on the floor, the wheels W are moved straight from the front of the climbing section 3 as shown by the arrows X in FIG. It is necessary to move the wheel W onto the upper surface 3b and ride it onto the support part 2, and as shown by the arrow Y in FIG. Also, the wheel W is on the side surface 3 of the riding part 3.

However, the floor space of the above-mentioned exhibition halls and showrooms is often so narrow that it is not possible to secure a sufficiently wide space for vehicles to run.As a result, as shown in Fig. In that case, the wheel W entering from the diagonal direction may not be able to get over the step formed between the climbing section 3 and the floor. As shown in the figure, there was a problem in that various difficulties were involved in getting the device to stand on the pedestal 1 in an appropriate state. In addition, because conventional frames are made of wooden blocks, they are heavy and inconvenient to handle, and even if you try to get a decorative effect by painting, it is difficult to get a glossy surface, making it difficult to get the desired decorative effect. There was also this problem. These problems also exist with frames installed in garages where the road surface is concrete, sand, or mud.

This invention solves the above-mentioned problems by making it possible to easily ride the wheel from the front or diagonally, and at the same time by using a resin molded block instead of the conventional wooden block. It is an object of the present invention to provide a frame that can improve handleability and decorative effects due to weight reduction.

The means taken to achieve the above object is to integrally configure the support part and the riding part with a resin molded block, and the riding part has an outer peripheral edge extending from the outer end to the side end and the supporting part. The outer surface between the upper end and the upper end near the upper end is formed into an inclined surface with an upward slope toward the upper end.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a pedestal according to a first embodiment of this invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line A--A in FIG. 1. The frame 1 of this embodiment is made of a resin molded block in the shape of a hollow truncated cone, which integrally has a rising part 3 on the entire outer circumference of the support part 2. is provided. Therefore, the outer surface 3c of the climbing portion 3 is formed as an inclined surface with an upward slope toward the upper end. Further, the upper surface 2a of the support portion 2 is slightly concave, and an annular protrusion 5 is formed around the upper surface 2a. Reference numeral 6 denotes a hole for inserting the anchor, which is opened in the support portion 2.

When such a pedestal 1 is installed on the floor or road surface, there will be no step between the outer surface 3c of the climbing section 3 and the floor or road surface, so as illustrated by the arrow in FIG. It is possible to smoothly ride the wheels of the automobile onto the support part 2 via the climbing part 3 whether from the front, from the side, or from an oblique direction. In addition, the moment the wheel rides on the support part 2, the driver senses that the wheel will fall over the ridge 5 and onto the upper surface 2a of the support part 2, so it is difficult for the driver to do so. This has the advantage that the vehicle can be accurately stopped on the support part 2. Furthermore, the frame 1 is made of a resin molded block, and since the block is hollow, it is lightweight and easy to handle, and can be easily carried anywhere, and the transportation cost is low. Thanks to the reinforcing action in step 4, it maintains extremely high strength, and is also more resistant to damage and more durable than conventional wooden blocks. Furthermore, since resin molded blocks can be easily colored during the molding process and have excellent surface gloss, excellent decorative effects can be achieved by applying various patterns and colors during the molding process. When installing such a frame 1 in a dark garage, for example, by applying fluorescent paint to the outer surface 3c of the climbing section 3 to give it fluorescence, the installation position can be easily recognized, and the installation position can be easily recognized by the automobile. This makes it easier to park the vehicle in the garage. Although the above embodiment has a circular shape in plan view, it is not limited to this and may be oval or oval in shape. In short, if there is a rising part on the entire outer circumference of the support part, the same effect can be achieved. play.

3 to 5 show a frame according to the second embodiment. The pedestal 1 of this embodiment is constituted by a resin molded block integrally having flat riding parts 3, 3 on both the front and rear sides of a support part 2. In the above-mentioned climbing portion 3, an outer surface 3c between an outer peripheral edge extending from an outer end A to a side end B and an upper end C near the support portion 2 is an inclined surface with an upward slope toward the upper end C. It is formed. Therefore, when the mount 1 is installed on a road surface or floor surface, no step is formed between the ride-on portion 3 and the road surface or floor surface, and therefore, even when viewed from the front as shown by the arrow, the wheels of the automobile can be viewed from the side. The support part 2 can be easily and smoothly passed through the climbing part 3 from either side or diagonally.
You can climb up to the top. This embodiment is similar to the first embodiment described above in that the resin molded block has ribs 4, that the upper surface 2a of the support portion 2 is recessed, and that protrusions 5 are provided before and after the recess. The operation is also the same as in the first embodiment.

The resin molded blocks of the two embodiments described above are as follows:
It can be molded using a hard synthetic resin as a raw resin, but especially when molded from a hard polypropylene resin mixed with reinforcing fibers such as glass fiber, it becomes highly durable with excellent impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and water resistance.

As described above, according to the mount of the present invention, it is possible to easily and smoothly ride the wheels of a car not only from the front of the climbing section but also from diagonal directions. Therefore, the wheels can be easily mounted on the pedestal and supported even in an exhibition hall or showroom with a narrow floor space, or in a narrow garage. In addition, since the frame of the present invention is constructed from resin-molded blocks, it is lighter and easier to handle than conventional wooden blocks, yet is scratch resistant and has excellent durability. You will be able to obtain decorative effects by coloring.
