The lower edge of the window glass is connected to the geared wire, and an electric motor and a gear reducer are attached to the door or the inner panel of the vehicle body. A gear attached to the output shaft of the electric motor is configured to mesh with the geared wire, and when the electric motor rotates, the gear attached to the output shaft is decelerated and rotated via a gear reducer, and the geared wire meshed with the gear is rotated in the longitudinal direction. A so-called geared wire type power window regulator is already in general use, in which a window glass connected to the geared wire is opened and closed by sliding.

不具合を有している。 Conventionally, geared wire type power window regulators require a reducer consisting of a combination of a worm gear and a worm wheel to reduce the rotation of the electric motor as described above, so the drive part of the wind regulator is large. This has the problem of increasing the weight, and furthermore, at the meshing part between the gear (helical gear) provided on the output shaft of the reducer and the geared wire, the geared wire is attached to the outer tube. It has the disadvantage that it is pressed against one side and its sliding resistance makes it difficult to operate.

At that time, the electric motor continues to rotate to a certain extent to ensure that the window is completely closed or fully opened, so even after the window glass is restrained from moving, while the electric motor continues to rotate, the geared wire A considerably large tensile or compressive load acts on the wire, causing deformation in the longitudinal direction, and in severe cases, the geared wire may break.

実用上多大の効果をもたらし得るものである。 As described above, according to the present invention, the motor shaft of the electric motor is constituted by a hollow shaft, and a female thread member is provided at both ends or one end of the motor shaft, and when a geared wire is screwed into the female thread of the female thread member, the hollow By passing the geared wire through the inside of the motor shaft, and by the rotation of the electric motor, the geared wire is threaded through the threaded part with the female thread to open and close the window glass, eliminating the need for a speed reducer, etc., which was required in conventional devices. This eliminates the need for a geared wire, which significantly simplifies the structure of the drive part, makes it smaller and lighter, and by interposing an elastic body in the joint between the motor shaft and the female threaded member, the large load applied to the geared wire can be absorbed by the elastic body. It is possible to reduce absorption by elastic deformation of the geared wire, and also prevent the problem of geared wire digging, which can significantly extend the life of the geared wire and provide an extremely good operating feeling. In combination with low cost and low cost, it can bring about great practical effects.
