    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 建物の２階あるいは３階以上の床付近に、該建
    物の外部へ向けて張り出すようにして設けられた
    軒天部と、該軒天部の前縁部および両側縁部の３
    方に、下方へ垂直に突設された張り出し部とを有
    して構成され、この軒天部および３方の張り出し
    部の少なくとも裏面に、不燃材が設けられている
    ことを特徴とする防火用バルコニー。
