【考案の詳細な説明】
「産業上の利用分野」
本考案は、鋼片の溶断スラグ除去装置に関する

られ、刃物の寿命が短縮される欠点があり、この
対策として、実公昭60−39147号公報に記載され
ている如く、上下動可能な刃物台上に、鋼片の入
側なる前部中央を頂点としたく字形状の固定先部
刃物と、この先部刃物から所要間隔を存し、かつ
先部刃物とラツプするスプリング介装刃物部分お
よびこのスプリング介装刃物部分の両側に隣接配
置された固定刃物部分を有する中部刃物と、この
中部刃物と同様に配列され、互いに前部の固定刃
物部分とラツプするスプリング介装刃物部分およ
びこのスプリング介装刃物部分の両側に隣接配置
された固定刃物部分を有する後部刃物とを備えた

り、鋼片の両側端部の溶断スラグが除去されずに
残存する問題があり、この両側端部の溶断スラグ
を除去するためには、切削作業を再度実施しなけ
ればならず、生産性の低下、刃物寿命の低下をき

部の先部刃物5,6間の後方に配置されている後
部刃物7により、鋼片2の端部下面における中央
部の溶断スラグ2aは、後部刃物7との衝突力に

の溶断スラグのほぼ2/3以上の両側部の溶断スラ
グを除去することができ、続いて、鋼片の端部下
面における中央部の溶断スラグを、前記両側部の
先部刃物間の後方位置なる後部刃物により除去す
るので、ほぼ1/3以下の残余の溶断スラグを極め
て容易に除去することができ、従つて1回の切削
作業により溶断スラグを完全に除去できるので、
生産性の向上と、刃物原単位の低減とに寄与でき
