のようにするとフランジ片部分に歪が生じ易く、
この歪によるフランジ片部分の折り曲げやひずみ
によつてほうろう層に割れ、欠け、剥れなどが生
じ易いという問題があつた。

的とするものである。

aを被挿嵌合させると共に天井の周囲のフランジ
片11にフラツトバー10を固定して成ることを

る。このほうろう鋼板1の裏面側に裏打ちパネル
2を接着剤で接着させることにより取付けるもの
である。このようにして形成される壁パネルAを
浴室などにおける天井パネル6と防水床パンの立
上り片7との間に取付ける場合には、第1図aに
示すように防水床パンの立上り片7上に固定した
床廻し縁8に枠材3の下片3aを嵌合させ、枠材
3の上端にビス9で固定したフラツトバー10を
ビス9によつて天井パネル6のフランジ片11に
固定させることにより行なう。そして防水のため
には、天井パネル6と壁パネルAの上端との間に
パツキン材12を嵌め込んだり、防水床パンの立
上り片7と壁パネルAのほうろう鋼板1の下端と
の間にコーキング13を充填するようにすればよ
い。また左右に隣合う壁パネルA、A同士を接続
する場合には、第1図bに示すように両壁パネル
A、Aの枠材3,3にボルト14を通してナツト
15で締めることにより行なう。この場合も両壁
パネルA、Aのほうろう鋼板1,1間にコーキン
グ13を充填することによつて防水を確保するよ
うにする。

続を行なうようにしたものであるから、接続部分
の外力による歪がほうろう鋼板に及ぶようなこと
がなく、ほうろう鋼板のほうろう層に割れや欠
け、剥離が生じるようなおそれなく接続を行なう
ことができるものである。また枠材による接続で
壁パネルを取付けるにあたつて、枠材のうち下片
は下面開口のコ字形材で形成すると共に枠材の上
端部の裏面にフラツトバーを取着し、天井と床と
の間に壁パネルを配設し、床に固定した床廻し縁
に枠材の下片を被挿嵌合させると共に天井の周囲
のフランジ片にフラツトバーを固定するようにし
たので、床の床廻し縁に枠材の下片を被挿嵌合さ
せた後に天井のフランジ片にフラツトバーを固定
するという操作で、天井と床との間に壁パネルを
簡単且つ迅速に取付けることができるものであ
る。
