本発明はほうろう製の壁パネルの取付構造に関

ジ片と天井パネルとをボルトナツトで連結するこ
とによりほうろう鋼板と天井パネルとの接続を行
なつたりするのが一般的である。しかしながらこ
のようにするとフランジ片部分に歪が生じ易く、
この歪によるフランジ片部分の折り曲げやひずみ
によつてほうろう層に割れ、欠け、剥れなどが生
じ易いという問題があつた。

材３を一体的に取付けて壁パネルＡを形成し、枠
材３のうち下片３ａは下面開口のコ字形材で形成
すると共に枠材３の上端部の裏面にフラツトバー
１０を取着し、天井と床との間に壁パネルＡを配
設し、床に固定した床廻し縁８に枠材３の下片３
ａを被挿嵌合させると共に天井の周囲のフランジ
片１１にフラツトバー１０を固定して成ることを

ほうろう鋼板１は鋼板の表面にほうろう層を施し
て形成されるものであり、その周部に全周に亘つ
てフランジ片５が裏面側へ折曲して形成してあ
る。このほうろう鋼板１の裏面側に裏打ちパネル
２を接着剤で接着させることにより取付けるもの
である。このようにして形成される壁パネルＡを
浴室などにおける天井パネル６と防水床パンの立
上り片７との間に取付ける場合には、第１図ａに
示すように防水床パンの立上り片７上に固定した
床廻し縁８に枠材３の下片３ａを嵌合させ、枠材
３の上端にビス９で固定したフラツトバー１０を
ビス９によつて天井パネル６のフランジ片１１に
固定させることにより行なう。そして防水のため
には、天井パネル６と壁パネルＡの上端との間に
パツキン材１２を嵌め込んだり、防水床パンの立
上り片７と壁パネルＡのほうろう鋼板１の下端と
の間にコーキング１３を充填するようにすればよ
い。また左右に隣合う壁パネルＡ、Ａ同士を接続
する場合には、第１図ｂに示すように両壁パネル
Ａ、Ａの枠材３，３にボルト１４を通してナツト
１５で締めることにより行なう。この場合も両壁
パネルＡ、Ａのほうろう鋼板１，１間にコーキン
グ１３を充填することによつて防水を確保するよ

け、剥離が生じるようなおそれなく接続を行なう
ことができるものである。また枠材による接続で
壁パネルを取付けるにあたつて、枠材のうち下片
は下面開口のコ字形材で形成すると共に枠材の上
端部の裏面にフラツトバーを取着し、天井と床と
の間に壁パネルを配設し、床に固定した床廻し縁
に枠材の下片を被挿嵌合させると共に天井の周囲
のフランジ片にフラツトバーを固定するようにし
たので、床の床廻し縁に枠材の下片を被挿嵌合さ
せた後に天井のフランジ片にフラツトバーを固定
するという操作で、天井と床との間に壁パネルを
簡単且つ迅速に取付けることができるものであ
る。
