By the way, in the bus duct having such a configuration, a space a surrounded by the insulated conductor 1, the side plate 2, and the ceiling plate of the waterproof cover 5, and a space a surrounded by the insulated conductor 1, the side plate 2, and the bottom plate of the waterproof cover 5 are Heat dissipation in the enclosed space a is poor, and therefore the current capacity of the insulated conductor 1 is lower than that when the indoor tightly insulated bus duct b is used alone. Therefore, in order to have the same current capacity as the indoor tightly insulated bus duct b, it was necessary to increase the size of the insulated conductor 1 of the outdoor tightly insulated bus duct.

However, in the configuration shown in FIG. 3, the insulated conductor 1 must be fixed with a bottle 4 that passes through insulating collars 3 placed above and below the side plate 2, and the bundle of conductors must be supported by an insulating spacer 8. As a result, the insulated conductor 1 has to be supported twice, resulting in a disadvantage that the number of parts increases.

In these figures, reference numeral 1 indicates an insulated conductor formed by providing an insulator on a rectangular conductor, and 2' indicates a side plate having a U-shaped cross section, with ventilation holes 2a provided at predetermined intervals in the upper and lower parts thereof. For example, an insulated conductor 1 made of three laminated strips is sandwiched between two side plates 2', 2', and fixed with bolts 4 passing through insulating collars 3 placed above and below between the side plates. By doing so, the bus duct body b' is obtained. In the illustrated embodiment, a part of the vent hole 2a is also used as a bolt through hole, but a bolt through hole may be provided separately.

13 is composed of a cover body 11 made of a metal plate bent to have a U-shaped cross section, and a bottom plate 12 made of a metal plate that closes the opening of the waterproof cover body 11 in the longitudinal direction. This figure shows a waterproof cover, and fixing angles 10 having a U-shaped cross section are provided at predetermined intervals along the length of the inner surface of both side walls of the waterproof cover main body 11.
Note that both side edges of the cover main body 11 are bent so as to face each other, thereby forming an inner flange 15 at the opening edge of the waterproof cover main body 11.

First, the waterproof cover body 11 is turned upside down so that the opening of the cover body 11 faces upward. Then, from the opening of this waterproof cover body 11, the bus duct body
b' is inserted so that the ends of both the upper and lower flanges 14 of the side plate 2' are in contact with the fixing angles 10, respectively, and the upper flanges 14 of the side plate 2' are each in contact with the ceiling plate of the waterproof cover main body 11. let Next, the inner flange 1 of the opening of the waterproof cover main body 11
The bottom plate 12 is fluid-tightly fixed to the waterproof cover main body 11 by abutting the bottom plate 12 between the holes 5 and 5 through the packing 16, and screwing nuts 18 onto the bolts 17 passing through these. In this case, care must be taken so that both flanges 14 below the side plate 2' abut against the bottom plate 12 when the bus duct is assembled.

In a tightly insulated bus duct with such a configuration,
By inserting the pre-assembled bus duct body into the waterproof cover, a tightly insulated bus duct can be formed, making assembly of the tightly insulated bus duct easy. The bus duct body is firmly fixed with the fixing angle of the waterproof cover and the bottom plate.
The mechanical strength against short circuit currents can be significantly increased. Furthermore, both the upper and lower flanges of the side plates that make up the bus duct body are in direct contact with the ceiling and bottom plates of the waterproof cover, respectively, and there are ventilation rows in the upper and lower parts of these side plates, resulting in good heat dissipation characteristics. Compared to the tightly insulated bus duct shown in the figure, since no insulating spacer is used, damage to internal parts due to twisting can be prevented. Furthermore, since the number of assembly parts is small, it can be assembled compactly and is lightweight, and furthermore, the insulating bag duct can be easily transported and installed, and is economically advantageous. In addition, since the waterproof cover is composed of a U-shaped cover body and a bottom plate that closes the opening, it is possible to further improve the waterproof performance of the closely insulated bus duct. It can be installed without being restricted by the installation location.

(Effect of the invention) As is clear from the above, in this invention,
To provide an outdoor tightly insulated bus duct which has good heat dissipation, can obtain the same current capacity as an indoor tightly insulated bus duct, is easy to assemble the bus duct, and has a small number of assembled parts.
