[Detailed explanation of the invention] Recently, the FCC, or flat conductor system, has come into use as a type of indoor wiring. This system is also known as an undercarpet wiring system, and is used by laying flat copper conductors (flat cables) for low-voltage power and data wiring on the floor with shield tape placed above and below. It is something to do.

Since a square carpet is usually laid over the flat conductor cable laid on the floor, it is difficult to tell at first glance which part of the carpet across the room the flat conductor cable runs under. It's normal.

Conventionally, this FCC power supply connects a round cable embedded in the wall or passed through a duct to a flat conductor cable in a transition box installed on the wall, and connects the flat conductor cable from this wall point. They laid it on the floor and covered it with carpet.

However, in rooms with large floor areas, flat conductor cables had to be laid all the way to the middle of the room, making the installation distance longer. Therefore, when repairing or replacing these flat conductor cables, the carpet has to be removed over a wide area, making the work complicated.

When using FCC, this invention allows for the use of round cables routed in the floor and flat conductor cables placed above the floor due to the convenience of the room, the convenience of wiring within the concrete floor, or the convenience of FCC placement on the concrete floor. In a large room, etc., all flat conductor cables are wired in a round shape under the floor in the center of the room, without having to be wired longer than a socket on the wall of the room. The flat conductor cable can be arbitrarily placed on the floor by supplying low voltage power from the cable.

Therefore, it is assumed that the flat conductor cable enters and exits from below the floor surface without being noticeable to the carpet surface on the floor, and is as flat as in a normal place.

An embodiment of this invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A lower box frame 5 with a side wall 2 having a stepped portion 3 and a narrow bottom portion 4 is embedded in a concrete floor 1, and an upper box frame 8 consisting of a top plate 6 and side walls 7 is connected to the side wall 7 of the lower box frame 5.
A pair of opposing side walls 7, 7 of the upper box frame 8 are fitted with projecting plate parts 9, 9 horizontally from the lower edge of the side walls 7, 7, and screw holes are bored on both sides of each projecting plate part 9. 10 is rotatably placed on the stepped portion 3 of the side wall 2 of the lower box frame 5, and the screw screw 11 of the lower box frame 5 of the top plate 6 of the upper box frame 8 is placed on the top plate 6 of the upper box frame 8. A through hole 12 for screw operation is bored, and a column cylinder 13 with a screw hole bored vertically in the center is separately provided on the step 3 of the side wall 2 of the lower box frame 5, and the top plate 6 of the upper box frame 8 is provided. A through-hole 15 for operating the screw 14 is bored in the part of the lower box frame 5 that corresponds to the top of the column 13, and a long and narrow through-hole 17 for the insertion of the flat conductor cable 16 is formed on the end side of the top plate 6 of the upper box frame 8. and punch holes 18 in the side wall 2 and bottom 4 below the step 3 of the side wall 2 of the lower box frame 5,
An angle material 1 is placed in the center of the back side of the top plate 6 of the upper box frame 8.
9 and 19 are fixed facing each other at a certain interval, and the terminal block 20 is screwed between the angle members 19 and 19 by screws 21 and 19.
21, and the notch hole 18 in the side wall 2 of the lower box frame 5.
A conduit 22 buried in the concrete floor 1 is inserted, and the round cable 23 in the conduit 22 is extended and attached to the terminal block 20, and the cable is sandwiched between the lower shield 25 and the upper shield 26 on the floor 24. The arranged flat conductor cable 16 is drawn into the upper box frame 8 through the elongated through hole 17 and attached to the terminal block 20 on the back side of the top plate 6. Sho 27
is a square carpet, and 28 is an upper shield fixing bar. Also, as shown in Figure 2, the upper box frame 8 is connected to the top plate 6.
The terminal block 20 may also be provided separately by dividing it into two parts at the center.

In this invention, as described above, the round cable 23 taken out from the conduit 22 buried in the concrete floor 1 and the flat conductor cable 16 arranged on the floor surface 24 are installed on the back side of the top plate 6 of the upper box frame 8. Since they are attached to the terminal blocks 20 respectively, the floor surface 24
When changing the arrangement of the upper flat conductor cable 16 or inspecting the terminal attachment part of the round cable 23, operate the screws 14 through the through holes 15 of the top plate 6 to remove the upper box frame 8 from the pillars. Rotate the screw 14 screwed into the cylinder 13 and holding the top plate 6 of the upper box frame 8 at the upper end, remove the screw 14 from the column cylinder 13, and remove the upper box frame 8 from the lower box frame 5. When the top plate 6 of the upper box frame 8 is turned over, the terminal block 20 faces upward, making inspection and cable installation and removal easier. The terminal block 20 attached to the back of the top plate 6 of the box frame 8, the round cable 23, and the flat conductor cable 16 are not exposed to water or dust. In addition, since the terminal block 20 is fixed with screws 21, 21 between the angle members 19, 19 spaced apart from each other, even if the terminal block 20 has a different shape depending on each company, it is possible to install any terminal block 20. . Further, since the notch holes 18 are bored in the lower part and the bottom of the side wall 2 of the lower box frame 5, the conduit 22 buried in the concrete floor 1 can be inserted into the lower box frame 5 without bending.

Therefore, if this idea is used, even in the center of a large room with no walls or partitions, a single concrete floor can be placed.
Low voltage power can be sent from the round cable 23 in the conduit 22 buried inside to the flat conductor cable 16 on the floor, so it is possible to send the flat conductor cable 16 from the wall of a large room or from a socket in a far hallway. It eliminates the need for extremely long cable lengths, reduces the capacitance per circuit, and when repairing or replacing flat conductor cables laid on the floor, the area that must be removed from the carpet is smaller than with conventional cables. This makes the work easier. Furthermore, the transition box of this invention is embedded in the floor 1, and the top plate 6 of the upper box frame 8 is at almost the same height as the floor surface 24, so the square carpet 27 is placed between the floor surface 24 and the top plate 6 of this invention. Even if it is laid on the top plate 6 of the upper box frame 8, there will be no unevenness and it can be used in a flat state, so the range of use of the FCC can be expanded.
