以上のように本発明によれば、弱燃焼から強燃焼に急激
に着替えた時に生しる過大な火炎によってCOが橋端に
悪くなるようなことがなくなるとともに、逆に火炎が短
いものとなってトップリングの外からは目立たないもの
となり、見た目の危険性も少ないものとすることができ
る。またトップリングに火炎が触れることによって生じ
