(Problem to be solved by the invention) In such a conventional configuration, the grooved wheels fit into the arcuate curved surface of the upper edge of the monorail, so the surface pressure between the two increases, and the grooved wheels Not only does it prevent the wheels from rolling smoothly, but they are also prone to wear and tear. Therefore, it is conceivable to provide an oblique plane at the center of the surface of the upper edge of the monorail where the grooved wheels fit, but since it is a hollow structure, the upper edge is likely to buckle, causing problems in terms of strength. .

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention is a monorail with a vertically elongated cross-sectional shape, and has an upper edge into which the grooved wheels of a mobile trolley fit. ,
The lower edge on which the guide rollers of the movable cart come into contact and the vertical wall connecting the two have a hollow structure, and the upper wall at the upper edge has an oblique plane at the center in the width direction. The cross section has a curved surface curving downward on both the left and right sides, and within this upper edge, there is a pair of diagonal partitions that are inclined so as to connect the center position in the width direction of the upper wall and the left and right side walls of the vertical wall. This paper proposes a monorail for supporting and guiding movable carts that is provided with walls.

(Function of the invention) According to the above monorail of the present invention, since the upper wall center of the upper edge of the monorail where the grooved wheels fit is provided with an oblique surface, the fitting between the grooved wheels and the upper edge of the monorail is prevented. It is possible to reduce the surface pressure between the two at the same time. Moreover, since the vertical load acting on the flat surface can be effectively distributed and transmitted to the left and right side walls of the vertical wall by the pair of diagonal partition walls, the flat surface is formed on the upper wall of the upper edge of the hollow structure. It is possible to prevent a decrease in strength due to this, and to sufficiently increase the strength of the upper edge portion that supports the grooved wheel.

According to the above configuration, since the monorail 1 has a hollow structure as a whole, the weight can be significantly reduced. Upper wall flat surface 36 of section 6
The diagonal partition walls 23a, 23b effectively transmit the tremendous load acting downward to the left and right side walls 22a, 22b of the vertical wall 22, and the hollow upper edge 6 having the flat surface 36 It is possible to reliably prevent bending and deformation. Therefore, it is possible to safely support and guide a large-load moving cart.

In particular, as shown in the embodiment, when partition walls 25a and 25b (the number of stages is not limited to two) are also provided within the vertical wall section 22, it is possible to maintain sufficient torsional strength even though it is a vertically long hollow monorail. You can make it big. Further, the diagonal partition walls 24a and 24b provided in the lower edge 11 are hollow when a horizontal shaft roller for a longitudinal steadying that presses against the lower surface 38 of the lower edge 11 is provided on the movable cart. Lower edge 1
This is effective in preventing the collapse of 1.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the monorail of the invention,
The hollow upper edge on which the grooved wheels of the movable cart fit are provided with an oblique plane, and a pair of diagonal partitions transmit the vertical load acting on the oblique plane to the left and right side walls of the hollow vertical wall. By providing the wall within the hollow upper edge, the surface pressure between the grooved wheels of the movable trolley and the upper edge of the monorail is reduced, and smooth rolling and wear and tear of the grooved wheels is reduced. Although it is possible to reduce the load, the strength of the upper edge of the hollow monorail is sufficiently increased to create a monorail that is highly safe and can withstand large loads.
It has now become possible to use it effectively.
