(Prior art) Conventionally, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-259849 discloses a method in which a clad wire is cut to a required length, with one of two metals of different colors as a core material and the other as a sheath metal. The rings are bent into a circular shape, and both ends are joined to form the ring body, and then a diamond cut is engraved on the outer surface of the ring body. It describes a ring manufacturing method that completes a ring by combining patterns, and that bracelets, necklaces, earrings, or their parts can be made using the same method as this ring manufacturing method.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The manufacturing method described in the above-mentioned conventional technology uses an engraving means to obtain a diamond cut pattern to improve appearance, and each product has a different pattern. This is convenient when making products, but
In the case of a chain consisting of a number of ring-shaped elements linked together, the ring-shaped elements are small, wavy, and uneven, making it difficult to add engraved patterns to them, and requires advanced techniques. In the case of thin and narrow chains, which take time to engrave and are inefficient and unsuitable for mass production, it is effective to make the pattern stand out by adding a continuous pattern to adjacent annular elements. However, there are drawbacks such as the fact that it is difficult to obtain such a conspicuous continuous pattern using engraving techniques.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing a chain according to the present invention includes inserting a core material 3 made of wire or pipe, etc., which is different from the outer material 1 into the inner diameter hole 2 of the outer material 1 made of a pipe. A step of constructing the inserted linear material 4, a step of making an annular body 5 using this linear material 4, and a step of connecting the annular material 5 while twisting to obtain a long flat chain main body 6, With each of the annular elements 5 in the chain body 6 aligned in the longitudinal direction and laid down horizontally in the longitudinal direction, surface grinding is performed on both the front and back sides of the flat chain body 6 to reach the core material 3, and each annular element is The steps of cutting out portions 7 and 8 of the body 5 that have a convex shape when viewed from the side are performed in sequence.

(Function) When the manufacturing method of the present invention is used, as is clear from the drawings, it is possible to obtain a necklace for personal use or decoration that has an annual ring-shaped cut pattern in the shape of a magatama bead.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the method for manufacturing the chain according to the present invention is as described above, the outer material 1 and the core material 3 are different, the annular element 5 is uneven in the flat chain body 6, By performing surface grinding that reaches the core material 3 and removing the convex portions 7 and 8 of the annular element 5, annual ring-shaped cut patterns in the shape of a magatama can be formed all at once. Therefore, even if the annular element body 5 is small, patterning is simple and easy, and not only can mass production be performed efficiently, but also the cutting pattern 9 obtained by surface grinding can form a continuous pattern. As a result, it has excellent effects such as making it possible to easily obtain a product with a continuous pattern that creates an outstanding and unique aesthetic appearance.

(Example) To explain an example of the present invention with reference to the drawings, first, a linear material 4 (first
(see figure), and while making an annular element body 5 using this linear material 4, and connecting the annular element body 5 while twisting, a long flat chain body 6 (see Figures 2 and 3) is prepared. ), and when the annular bodies 5 of this flat chain main body 6 are aligned in the longitudinal direction and laid down horizontally in the longitudinal direction, a surface grinding process is performed on both the front and back sides of the flat chain main body 6 to reach the core material 3. The parts 7 and 8 that are convex when viewed from the side of each annular element body 5 are cut out and finished, so that annual ring-shaped cutting patterns 9 in the shape of magatama beads are provided on both sides. A finished product 10 (see FIGS. 4 and 5) is obtained.
