With such a control device, especially in a humidifier installed in a space above a suction fan (hereinafter simply referred to as a fan) provided in a heating chamber, as shown in FIG. The mist ejected in an atomized state from the provided nozzle 109 is diffused upward using the upper part of the side wall inner surface 101c of the humidifier 101 and the opening side upper surface 101a as guide members. In this case, dew condenses mainly on the upper surface 101a of the opening side of the humidifier 101 and the upper part of the side wall outer surface 101b,
These condensed water droplets are attracted by the suction power of the fan installed in this heating chamber, and are deposited on the top surface of the nori dryer (hereinafter simply referred to as the top surface of the nori dryer), the seaweed in the drying process, and the dried seaweed (hereinafter simply referred to as the top surface of the nori dryer). It may drip onto the top surface of the seaweed (hereinafter referred to as the top surface of the nori), the top surface of the heating chamber, etc. (hereinafter simply referred to as the top surface of the humidifier), and various harmful effects have been pointed out. For example, stains, smudges, and partially undried conditions may occur due to dripping on the top surface of the seaweed, resulting in defective seaweed. In addition, there were problems such as rust formation due to dripping onto the top surface of the nori dryer and heating chamber, malfunctions due to rust, and loss of durability.

9 in the figure is a bottomless inner box that has a similar shape to humidifier 1.
As shown in the figure, it is supported on the humidifier 1 via a key-shaped support member 10 when viewed from the side. Note that a gap A is formed between the side wall outer surface 9b of the bottomless inner box 9 supported via several supporting members 10 in this way and the side wall inner surface 1c of the humidifier 1. Further, 9a is the upper surface on the opening side of the bottomless inner box 9, 9b is the outer surface of the side wall of the bottomless inner box 9, and 9c is the inner surface of the side wall of the bottomless inner box 9. Further, as shown in FIG.
It is useful for preventing water droplets from falling that the spanning portion 10a mounted on the container faces outward and stands obliquely upward. Furthermore, the bottomless inner box 9 has a supporting member 1
0 can also be provided in the humidifier 1 without using it. For example, several legs (not shown) are provided below the side wall of the bottomless inner box 9, and these legs are brought into contact with the inner bottom surface 1d of the humidifier 1, and protrusions (not shown) are provided on the outer surface 9b of the side wall. ), and a gap A is formed between the humidifier 1 and the side wall inner surface 1c, or the humidifier 1
Several locking pieces (not shown) provided on the inner side wall 1c of the box and several locking elements (not shown) provided on the outer side wall 9b of the bottomless inner box 9 that are engaged with the locking pieces ), and there is a gap A between the humidifier 1 and the side wall inner surface 1c.
The key point is that a gap A is formed between the inner surface 1c of the side wall of the humidifier 1 and the outer surface 9b of the side wall of the bottomless inner box 9, and the inner surface 1c of the side wall of the humidifier 1 is formed.
In principle, any configuration in which the side wall outer surface 9b of the bottomless inner box 9 is located is within the scope of the present invention.

Next, to explain the working state of the present invention, raw seaweed is sequentially supplied from the seaweed shaving machine 12 to the seaweed 5 which circulates through the seaweed dryer 3, and simultaneously or
Hot air is supplied from the heating chamber 4 to the seaweed dryer 1 with a time difference, and the raw seaweed is dried through the hot air, producing dried seaweed. In such a drying process, for example, when the seaweed dryer 1 is in operation, or if a humidity sensor is installed,
When the humidity sensor detects a lack of humidity in the seaweed dryer 1, a humidification pump (not shown) is activated and high-pressure water is introduced to the introduction pipe 2 of the humidifier 1 via the pipe 8. The high-pressure water introduced into the introduction pipe 2 is diffused in an atomized state through a nozzle 6 provided here, and is diffused outside from the humidifier 1 as shown in FIG. 2. In this case, in the present invention, since the bottomless inner box 9 is mounted on the humidifier 1, the atomized mist is transmitted through the box-shaped opening formed by the side wall inner surface 9c of the bottomless inner box 9. It is diffused to the outside from the humidifier 1 via the humidifier 1.

Therefore, the mist that is mainly diffused in the vicinity of the opening-side upper surface 9a of the bottomless inner box 9 condenses mainly due to the wrap around the upper part of the side wall outer surface 9b. This occurs in a range of approximately 20 mm to 30 mm above the outer surface 9b of the side wall 9. Therefore, condensation does not occur in a range of about 20 mm to 30 mm above the side wall outer surface 1b of the humidifier 1, unlike in the conventional case.

As mentioned above, the side wall outer surface 9 of the bottomless inner box 9
The condensed water generated in the range of approximately 20 mm to 30 mm above b is caused by the fact that the side wall outer surface 9b of the bottomless inner box 9 is located inside the side wall inner surface 1c of the humidifier 1, and Coupled with the fact that the gap A is formed between the side wall inner surface 1c and the side wall outer surface 9b of the bottomless inner box 9,
The condensed water flows into the bottomless inner box 9 as shown by the arrow in FIG.
The water drips between the side wall outer surface 9b of the humidifier 1 and the side wall inner surface 1c of the humidifier 1, and ultimately drops onto the inner bottom surface 1 of the humidifier 1.
d, and is then discharged to the outside via a discharge pipe 5 provided in the humidifier 1.

"Effects of the Invention" As described in detail above, the present invention has the outer surface of the side wall of the bottomless inner box located inwardly on the inner surface of the side wall of the humidifier, and the inner surface of the side wall of the humidifier and the outer surface of the side wall of the bottomless inner box. The structure is such that a gap is formed between the bottomless inner box and condensation occurs on the upper part of the outer surface of the side wall of the bottomless inner box, thereby preventing condensation in the humidifier and various adverse effects caused by dripping water droplets. The present invention has the following effects: high-quality seaweed can be produced efficiently and reliably, and damage to other equipment can be eliminated.
Furthermore, if a gap is formed between the inner surface of the side wall of the humidifier and the outer surface of the side wall of the bottomless inner box, water droplets that have condensed on the top surface on the opening side of the bottomless inner box and the outer surface of the side wall will flow down this gap. It is then stored on the inner bottom surface of the humidifier, and is then discharged to the outside via the discharge pipe. Furthermore, the structure of the bottomless inner box of the present invention can be easily installed in conventional humidifiers, making it extremely convenient and versatile. Furthermore, the bottomless inner box of the present invention has a simplified structure, is less likely to malfunction, has low equipment cost, and is extremely practical.
