Claims (1)
エライトを対向させてなるフエライト組立て体を
収容し、該組立て体の上部にインピーダンス整合
電極膜が形成された誘電体基板を配設するととも
に、該誘電体基板と上記ケース本体に装着される
ケース蓋との間に絶縁部材を配設し、該ケース蓋
をケース本体に固着するようにした非可逆回路素
子において、上記絶縁部材を上記誘電体基板とケ
ース蓋との間に介在させた絶縁性接着剤で構成す
るとともに、該接着剤により上記ケース本体とケ
ース蓋とを固着したことを特徴とする非可逆回路
