Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The operation sequence for inspection and the normal response data corresponding to each operation are recorded in a recorder 13 for operation - response data. The operation sequence is read out from the recorder 13 by a driver 11 and outputted to an operation signal converter 12. In the operation signal converter 12, the operation sequence sent from the driver 11 is converted to a signal of such system as to be transmitted to a control part 102 when a physical operation is performed in the operation part 101. The control part 102 operates in accordance with the transmitted operation signal to output the response to the output part 103. An output signal detector 16 detects the signal to be transmitted to the output part 103 to send it to an output signal converter 15. 出した操作手順に対応する応答データを読み出して前記

力信号検出装置が出力する信号を前記操作−応答データ
記録装置に記録された応答データと同じ形式に変換して
出力する出力信号変換装置と、前記操作−応答データ記
録装置から前記駆動装置が読み出した操作手順に対応す
る応答データを読み出して前記出力信号変換装置が出力
するデータと一致するか否かを判定する比較装置と、こ
の比較装置の判定結果を出力する出力装置とからなるこ
とを特徴とする製品検査装置。
