Prior Art In a conventional neon tube discharge lamp, as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, first, a thin tube for degassing the electrode body is installed on the tube wall near the electrode part. Moreover, when connecting to the neon tube which becomes the coloring part, the electrode part main body was bent around the connecting part.

Problems that the invention aims to solve As a result, the thin tubes for degassing that protrude from the tube wall of neon tubes often collide with each other, causing damage to the tube body and the thin tubes, and great care must be taken when handling them. . In addition, for this reason, the thin tube for degassing has to be attached to the tube wall by heat welding at the neon tube construction site, and the electrode body is also connected to the neon tube during the heating process, so the connection is made as shown in Figure 5. It was bent around the heated connection.
However, in this bending operation, since the connecting portion is located in the center, it is not only difficult to curve smoothly as shown in FIG. 5, but also the strength becomes weak. Furthermore, in this case, the neon tube that becomes the coloring part is located on the front side, and the electrode body is installed on the back side so that it cannot be seen from the front side, but this bent part is shown on the left side in Figure 5. When viewed from the direction, the colored part of the neon tube is interrupted midway through the bend, which creates an unnatural and inconvenient expression in the form of letters and patterns created by the neon tube. Furthermore, since the height of the protrusion of the gas venting thin tube from the tube wall must be made as small as possible, if the discharge of the neon tube discharge lamp stops due to gas leakage after installation, the gas venting tube must be re-installed. There was a problem in that a thin tube could not be used and the entire neon tube discharge lamp or the entire electrode section had to be replaced.

Also, Utility Model No. 60-80659 or Utility Model No. 50-
In the neon tube discharge lamp disclosed in No. 34941, in which a thin tube for degassing is provided at the end of the tube, the electrode holding part is provided inside the tube, so the holding part is small and weak in strength. While the thin tubes also need to be made thin, there is a risk that the lead wires serving as the terminals of the electrodes may come into contact with each other, and there are problems such as the need for insulation means.

Function The present invention provides an electrode holding portion 3 having a width approximately equal to the diameter of the tube 2 at the tube end of the tube 2 of the electrode main body 1 to be connected to the neon tube 10. Since the electrodes 4 are provided so as to protrude integrally along the direction, the electrodes 4 can be firmly and reliably held by the large and strong electrode holding portion 3, and the terminals 5 of the electrodes 4 can be integrated into one piece by widening the interval in a split-leg shape. It is possible to hold the terminal 5 and prevent contact with the terminal 5, and in addition, a thin tube 6 for degassing that is longer and larger than the terminal 5 and protrudes outward can be provided in the center of the holding part 3, and the terminal 5 of the electrode can be held. Since the degassing work can be done at an outside position where it does not touch the degassing tube 6, the degassing thin tube 6 does not protrude from the pipe wall and there is no risk of damage due to collision, making transportation, construction, and degassing work easier. Not only is it easier to handle the tubes, but the length of the tube can be increased, so when degassing again, the tube can be broken in the middle and used as is. Connect the electrode body 1 to the neon tube 10 in advance, and then connect the connecting part 1
1, the neon tube can be bent so that the colored parts are overlapped on the front and back, so the bent part and the connection part do not become fragile. Also, since the colored parts overlap at the bent part, it is difficult to create letters or patterns using the neon tube. Problems that cause the form to be unnatural and inconvenient in expression can be resolved.

Embodiments The present invention will be explained in detail with reference to embodiments shown below. In FIGS. 1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes an electrode main body of a neon tube discharge lamp, and a tube body 2 made of transparent glass with one side open. An electrode holding part 3 having a width approximately equal to the diameter of the tube 2 is provided at the end of the tube so as to protrude integrally along the longitudinal direction of the tube 2. The electrode holding part 3 integrally holds the open leg-shaped terminal 5 of the electrode 4, and a thin tube 6 for gas venting that is longer and larger than the terminal 5 and protrudes outward is provided in the center of the holding part 3. There is. The thin tube 6 is made of transparent glass,
The electrode holder 3 is fixedly provided so as to penetrate through the center thereof and open near the rear end of the electrode 4 inside the tube 2 with a tip 6a.

As shown in the third figure, the electrode body 1 is connected to both ends of the color-producing neon tube 10 by heat welding, and the thin tube 6 of one electrode body 1 is sealed by heat welding as shown by 6b, so that the other end is sealed by heat welding. Gas is removed from the thin tube 6, and the tube is similarly sealed by heat welding as in 6b.

Therefore, even if the thin tube 6 of the present invention is configured to be much longer than the terminal 5 of the electrode as shown in the first figure, it will not get in the way during transportation or construction, and the thin tube 6 will not interfere with degassing work. It is possible to work by bending the terminal 5 in any direction from the outside near the end of the terminal 5, and when degassing again after long-term use, the thin tube can be bent in any direction from the outside near the end of the terminal 5. It is also possible to cut at 6c in the middle of 6, vent the gas, and seal it again by heat welding.

Therefore, the bent part is smoothly curved and formed by the integral neon tube 10, and does not become brittle, and since the colored parts overlap at the bent part, there is no unnatural expression in the form of letters or patterns created by the neon tube. Problems that cause discomfort and inconvenience can be resolved.

Effects As described above, the neon tube discharge lamp according to the present invention has the following effects:
An electrode holding part 3 having a width approximately equal to the diameter of the pipe body 2 is provided at the end of the pipe body 2 containing the electrode 4 so as to protrude integrally along the longitudinal direction of the pipe body 2, and the holding part 3 integrally holds the open leg-shaped terminal 5 of the electrode 4, and the terminal 5 is held in the center of the holding part 3.
The electrode main body 1 provided with a long and large outwardly protruding capillary tube 6 for gas venting is connected to the neon tube 10 that will become the coloring section, and the neon tube 10 is bent at the connection section 11 so that the coloring section overlaps. Because of this structure, the electrode 4 can be firmly and reliably held by the large and strong electrode holding part 3 that is integrally provided along the longitudinal direction of the tube body 2, and
The terminals of the electrode 4 can be held together with the terminals 5 spaced apart in a spread-leg shape to prevent the terminals 5 from coming into contact with each other. By providing the thin tube 6 for venting, there is an effect that the degassing operation can be performed safely at an outer position where the terminal 5 of the electrode is not touched.
Not only is it easier to handle during transportation, construction, and degassing work, but the length of the tube can be increased, so when you need to degas it again, you can simply break the tube in the middle, let the gas out, and then seal it again. Therefore, the electrode body can be connected to the neon tube in advance before installation, and furthermore, the electrode body can be bent at the neon tube part so that the front and back sides overlap, avoiding the connection part. Since the bent portions and connecting portions do not become fragile, and the colored portions overlap at the bent portions, it has the effect of solving the problem of unnaturalness and inconvenience in the form of letters and patterns created by neon tubes, and is useful in practical use. The benefits are enormous.
