As described above, in the foldable screen device according to the present invention, the stand rod can be folded downward via the lower connecting member, and the two or more support rods pivotally connected to the lower connecting member can also be folded downward. Since it is associated with the expansion maintaining means so that it can be expanded or closed along the folded stand lever, the support leg can also be closed in the side position of the folded stand lever. At the same time, the upper connecting member can swing freely with respect to the stand rod, and the screen support rod attached to the upper connecting member can also be folded like the lower support rod, so the upper connecting member can be positioned as a stand. With the upper end of the rod extended, that is, in a vertical position, and the screen support rod closed along the stand rod, the stand rod is folded through the lower connecting member, and the support rod is placed on the side of the stand rod as described above. By positioning the stand rod, the support rod, and the screen support rod, the stand rod, the support rod, and the screen support rod can be configured as a single rod-shaped member that is folded parallel to each other. In addition, when in use, the stand rod is erected on the lower connecting member, the supporting leg rods are expanded, and this expanded state is fixed by the expansion maintaining means, and the upper connecting member is held at the upper end of the stand rod. By rotating the screen in a direction substantially perpendicular to the screen and opening the screen support rod in the radial direction, the screen can be easily assembled for an overhead projector on a desk or the like by attaching the screen to the tip of the screen support rod. Moreover, it can be folded up into a compact size after use.

The details of the present invention will be explained based on further illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 shows a foldable screen device according to the present invention, and numeral 1 in the figure is a stand rod for supporting the screen in the air. This stand rod 1 is made up of several unit members that can be fitted together as shown in the figure, and can be fixed at the fitting portion by a telescopic stand rod or even a single rod-shaped member. Alternatively, divided unit rods may be screwed together to form a single rod shape. At least, it is desirable to use a stand rod whose length is expandable and retractable.
A lower connecting member 2 is provided at the lower end of the stand rod 1 for pivotably supporting the stand rod 1 between an upright state and a collapsed state. This lower connecting member 2 is a part for attaching the base end of a supporting leg rod, which will be described later, and a part for providing an expansion maintaining means if necessary, and a part for allowing the stand rod to rotate between an upright state and a collapsed state. It is desirable that a recess be provided for this purpose. Each of these parts may be formed by casting a metal material or by cutting a block-shaped member, but it is also possible to form them by fitting two members together, as in the illustrated embodiment. I can do it. The disassembled state of the lower connecting member 2 will be explained in more detail with reference to FIG. That is, the lower connecting member 2 shown in FIG.
It has a bottomed cap shape with an upward opening 3, and an opening 6, which penetrates in the diametrical direction in the side wall 5 located on the top surface of the bottom wall 4. In the example shown in Fig. 6, the front opening is small and the rear opening is large in diameter. An opening is provided, and the side walls 5 on both sides of the opening 6 and the bottom wall 4 are cut out to provide a later-described lateral opening 7 for attaching the base end of the supporting leg rod, and a small diameter through opening 6 is formed above the through opening 6 in the side wall 5, particularly in the front. For a bottom member 9 having a U-shaped lodging opening 8 at the top, a position that can be placed inside the bottom member 9 and fitted from above on a line connecting the through openings 6 of the bottom member 9 in the diametrical direction of the lower end. A groove or a groove-like position regulating part 10 is formed in the bottom member 9, and a recess 11 is provided on the side facing the lateral opening 7 to receive and pivot the base end of the supporting leg rod when the base member is installed inside the bottom member 9. A stand rod mounting member is provided with a pivot opening 12 at the base end of the stand rod 1 which is in communication with the U-shaped lowering opening 8 of No. An embodiment of the lower connecting member 2 is formed by fitting and constructing the lower connecting members 13 as shown in the figure.

The base ends of four or more supporting leg rods are pivotally connected. In the illustrated example, two supporting leg rods 14 are used, and the base ends of the supporting leg rods 14 are first inserted into the lateral opening 7 provided on the side of the bottom member 9 as shown in the figure, and then The recess 11 of the stand rod attachment member 13 fitted into the
By inserting it into the recess 11 from the notched bottom wall 4 direction of the bottom member 9 and pivoting it 15 into the recess 11 with a screw or shaft, the supporting leg 14 rotates back and forth within the lateral opening 7.
That is, the two supporting leg rods 14 are rotatable between a position where they are close to each other and a position where they are spread apart. The degree of expansion is regulated by the width of the lateral opening 7 of the bottom member 9, and the expanded state is fixed by the following expansion maintaining means 16. This expansion maintaining means 16 maintains the supporting leg rod 14 in the expanded state, for example, although not shown, it may be attached between both supporting leg levers 14 with both ends attached to the appropriate position of the supporting leg lever 14 with a removable screw, or Attachment by other clips or other attachment means;
A method of maintaining and fixing this expansion amount by further tightening the screw when the base end is pivotally connected to the lower connecting member 2 can also be adopted, but the embodiment shown in the figure is also adopted as an example. sell. The illustrated expansion maintaining means 16 has an opening 6 that passes through the bottom member 9 in the front and rear directions through one shaft rod 17 having a swollen end portion for preventing slippage.
A mounting member 19 is loosely inserted into the support rod 14, and has one end formed with a plane portion 18 on the upper surface of the support leg 14 at a proper place, is pivotally attached to this plane 18, and has its base end provided at the tip of the shaft rod 17, as shown in the figure. By pivoting the two ends of the arm 20, one end is pivotally connected to the supporting leg rod 14 and the other end is pivotally connected to the shaft rod 17, so that they can interlock with each other. That is, by pushing the shaft rod 17 in the direction of the lower connecting member 2, the two arms 20 are expanded from each other, the support rod 14 located at the tip thereof is expanded, and then the base end of the arm 20 and the mounting member 19 are expanded. By fixing the pivoting state with screws etc. and making it impossible to rotate,
Furthermore, by fixing the movement of the shaft rod 17 in the penetrating direction with the lower connecting member 2, the expanded state of the supporting leg rod 14 can be fixed at a constant angle. By releasing this rotational fixation, the support rod 14 can be freely closed. In order to fix the stand rod 1 with the supporting leg 14 and the expansion maintaining means 16 attached to the lower connecting member 2, the pivot rod 17 and the expansion maintaining means 16 are attached to the bottom member 9 as described above. With the stand rod attachment member 13 attached, the stand rod attachment member 13 is installed inside the bottom member 9, and then the stand rod 1 is installed as shown in the figure.
The opening 12 for pivoting the lower end of the stand rod mounting member 13

By penetrating through and pivotally attaching the lower end of the stand rod 1 with a pivot 21, the shaft rod 17 of the expansion maintaining means 16 can be held, and the bottom member 9, the stand rod attachment member 13, and the lower end of the stand rod 1 can be fixed. is done in an integrated manner. When attaching the lower end of the stand rod 1 to the opening of the stand rod attachment member 13, the through hole 22 at the lower end of the stand rod 1 is formed into a long hole in the vertical direction as shown in the figure, so that the stand rod 1 can be moved from the collapsed state to the upright state. When this is done, the locking step 23 formed on the lower side surface of the stand rod 1 can be engaged with the edge of the opening 12 located on the upper surface of the stand rod attachment member 13. Note that 24 in the figure is a push pin for pressing the stand rod 1 below the locking step portion 23 of the stand rod 1.

6, and the upper connecting member 25 in the illustrated example
is wide enough to receive the base ends of the screen support rods 28 at a plurality of mutually orthogonal side walls of the cylindrical body 27, for example, four side walls; A groove 30 that opens downward is provided, and a stepped portion 3 parallel to the groove 30 is provided on the side wall of the cylindrical body 27 on the side of the groove 30.
A threaded portion 32 having a diameter of 1 is shown. Then, the upper connecting member 25 at the upper end of the stand rod 1 is rotatable between an upright state and a collapsed state,
Moreover, in order to fix the position, a thumbscrew 33 is attached to the member that pivotally connects both members as shown in the illustration, and the upper connecting member 2 is attached to the upper end of the stand rod 1.
5 is fixed at a certain angle, for example, in a bent state perpendicular to the stand rod 1 as shown in the figure. Further, the screen support rod 28 can be freely opened and closed between a radial position centered on the upper connecting member 25 and a position parallel to the stand rod 1 when the upper connecting member 25 is erected on the extension of the stand rod 1. It is pivoted. The upper connecting member 25 is provided with a locking step 29 at the upper end of the groove 30 for supporting the screen support rod 28, so that the screen support rod 28 is attached to the upper connecting member on the extension of the stand rod 1. 25 is in the open state and closed state, that is, the upper connecting member 25 is like an umbrella.
It is possible to select between two positions: a state in which the stand is pulled outward from the center, and a state in which it is folded parallel to the stand rod 1. Although four screen support rods 28 are used in the illustrated example, there is no problem in changing these to two or other plurality of rods. In the figure, 34 is a screen supported by the screen support rod 28,
When using the four screen support rods 28 as described above, locking holes 35 are provided at the four corners, and hooks 36 may be provided at the tips of the screen support rods 28 to accommodate this. desired.

きる。 As described above, in the foldable screen device according to the present invention, the stand rod 1 is set at an appropriate height, raised up against the lower connecting member 2, and then expanded with the support rod 14 expanded. Using the maintaining means 16, the expanded state of the support leg 14 is fixed, and then the upper connecting member 25 is rotated with respect to the stand lever 1, and the screen is moved to a substantially perpendicular position, that is, a bent neck state. By pulling out and expanding the support rod 28, and locking the locking holes 35 at the four corners of the screen with the hooks 36 at the tips of the screen support rods 28,
The screen 34 can be easily prepared on a desk or the like. Also, after use, remove the screen 34,
After the upper connecting member 25 is erected on the extension of the stand rod 1 and the screen support rod 28 is folded parallel to the stand rod 1, the length of the stand rod 1 is adjusted, and this is connected via the lower connecting member 2. The locking step 23 is parallel to the floor surface, that is, on the lower back side of the stand rod 1.
, and when the hole 22 pivotally connected to the pivot 21 is a long hole as shown in the illustration, the stand rod 1
By pulling it slightly upward and tilting it toward the floor, the stand rod 1 and the screen support rod 2
8 can be folded into one bar-shaped bundle,
Next, when the expansion maintaining means 16 is opened and the support rods 14 are brought close to each other, a bundle of rod-shaped support rods 1 parallel to the stand rod 1 and the screen support rod 28 is formed.
4 as well as expansion maintaining means 16 can be set. In other words, all the members can be combined into one rod-shaped member, so by making the stand rod 1 telescopic, its length can be adjusted, the folded state can be made compact, and the lower part can be folded. If the connecting member 25 is also attached with two members, the bottom member 9 and the stand rod attachment member 13, as described above, the attachment of the lower part of the stand rod 1, the attachment of the supporting leg rod 14, and the attachment of the lower connection member 2 can be simplified. Not only that, manufacturing of the lower connecting member 2 is also extremely easy, and furthermore, by having the upper connecting member 25 and the screen support rod 28 configured as described above, it is possible to easily change the expanded state and the folded state. It is easy to manufacture and has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, is inexpensive, can be folded compactly, and can provide stable support for the screen in the expanded state.
