Abstract

PURPOSE:To change a lighting pattern by performing a space optical communication by an infrared ray signal from a desired position in the surface of an arena. CONSTITUTION:After setting a number for a desired lighting pattern among lighting control patterns by a set switch 10d of a light transmitter 10, an infrared ray pulse signal is transmitted from a light emitting part 102 toward a light receiver 20. The light receiver 20 receives the infrared ray pulse signal, converts it into an electric signal, and outputs it to a light reception controller 30. The light reception controller 30 determines the lighting pattern, and outputs it to a lighting control panel as a lighting apparatus lighting instruction signal. Changing the lighting patterns can thus be controlled simply and easily in an arena surface, and it can be controlled at a proper position in the arena surface.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, with the current method, changing the lighting pattern on the arena surface on a daily basis requires going to a control panel installed in a remote location, or requiring personnel involved to make changes. There was the hassle of having to request changes. Another method is to install a switch on the arena wall and use this switch to make changes.
There were problems such as the possibility of being easily tampered with, and it was inappropriate.

In such a configuration, the optical transmitter main body 10 of the pistol-shaped optical transmitter 10. After turning off the light and setting the desired lighting pattern number from 25 types of lighting control patterns using the setting switch 10d at the rear, pull the trigger in the direction of the optical receiver 20 installed on the ceiling. Light-emitting switch 10. By turning on the light emitting part 1
A digitally encoded infrared pulse signal is transmitted from 02. In this case, the infrared rays emitted from the optical transmitter 10 are emitted in a circular shape with a diameter of 3 m at a point approximately 25 m away. When the infrared pulse signal sent from the optical transmitter 10 is properly received by the light receiving surface 20c, the optical receiver 20 converts it into an electrical signal, digitally encodes it, and outputs it to the optical reception controller 30. The optical reception controller 30 collates the digital signal from the optical receiver 20, and if it determines that it is a lighting pattern, converts it into a BCD digital signal, outputs it to the lighting control panel as a lighting lighting command signal, and also outputs it to the optical receiver 20. A confirmation signal is output, and the light reception confirmation LED 20d of the optical receiver 20 blinks several times in response to this confirmation signal, allowing the sender to confirm. Further, a digital signal corresponding to the determined lighting pattern is also output to the transmission terminal 30, and the parallel signal is converted into a serial signal and output to the lighting control panel to change the lighting pattern within the arena. Furthermore, by installing a plurality of optical receivers 20, it becomes possible to change the illumination pattern from an appropriate location within the arena surface.
