Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 筒本体１３の上端部に上壁１５を有し、この
上壁１５に通気孔１６を透設して通気孔１６と筒
本体１３の下端部開口とを通気路１７で連通させ
た、吹込式鋳型造型装置１に使用されるベントホ
ールにおいて、 上壁１５よも下端部側に開閉弁２０を付設する
とともに、この開閉弁２０を通気孔１６または通
気路１７を封止可能にする弁体１８と、この弁体
１８を上壁１５側に弾圧付勢する閉弁バネ１９と
から構成し、 閉弁バネ１９のバネ設定圧力を、鋳物砂１１充
填圧力より低く設定するとともに鋳物砂硬化ガス
９充填圧力よりも高く設定したことを特徴とする
鋳型造型用ベントホール。 ２ 上記弁体１８を閉弁時に上壁１５の下面に接
当させて通気孔１６を封止可能に構成したことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載
の鋳型造型用ベントホール。 ３ 開閉弁２０の弁体１８と閉弁バネ１９とを一
体に構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項または第２項に記載の鋳型造型用ベ
