タの制御電極に接続すると共に上記第2のトラン
ジスタの他方の被制御電極を第3の抵抗器を介し
て上記第1のトランジスタの制御電極に接続し、
上記第2のトランジスタの他方の被制御電極及び
上記第3の抵抗器の接続点よりバツテリ接続用の
一方の端子を導出すると共に上記第1のトランジ
スタの他方の被制御電極よりバツテリ接続用の他
方の端子を導出する様にしたことを特徴とする充
