Description
本考案は、洋酒やコーヒー等を入れたグラスを
載せるのに用いるコースターに関し、特に洋酒等
の持つ刺激感を除去するのに好適に用いうるコー
スターに関するものである。

従来より、コースターとしては紙製のもの、不
織布製のもの、合成樹脂製のもの、合成樹脂製フ
イルムとアルミニウム箔とを貼着したもの等が用
いられている。コースターは、単にグラスを載せ
るための盆であり、グラスの底に生じる水滴を吸
収、除去するために用いられるものである。
ところで、洋酒やコーヒーに遠赤外線を投射す
れば、洋酒等の持つ刺激感が除去され、口あたり
が柔らかくなることは知られている。洋酒等に遠
赤外線を投射するには、遠赤外線投射装置を用い
なければならない。しかし、遠赤外線投射装置は
簡易に使用するには不適当であり、また場所を取
るため家庭で用いるのにも不適当であつた。
このようなことから、本考案者は場所を取らず
簡易に使用しうる遠赤外線放射特性に優れたセラ
ミツクス粉末を用いて、洋酒等に遠赤外線を投射
することを思い到つた。そして、この発想を具体
化したのが本考案である。

For these reasons, the present inventor came up with the idea of projecting far-infrared rays onto Western liquors, etc. using ceramic powder that is easy to use and does not take up much space and has excellent far-infrared radiation characteristics. The present invention embodies this idea.
即ち本考案は、金属箔の片面に、遠赤外線放射
特性に優れたセラミツクス粉末を含有する層を設
けたことを特徴とするコースター、及び金属箔と
合成樹脂製フイルムとを、遠赤外線放射特性に優
れたセラミツクス粉末を含有する接着剤で貼着し
たことを特徴とするコースターに関するものであ
る。
本考案に用いる遠赤外線放射特性に優れたセラ
ミツクス粉末1としては、アルミナ、シリカ、ジ
ルコンを主成分として、チタン、コバルト、クロ
ム、ニツケル、マンガン、鉄、マグネシウム等の
酸化物を配合して、焼成して得られたセラミツク
ス粉末が用いられる。粉末の大きさは、液体中に
均一に分散し易い程度がよく、具体的には粒径
1μ〜0.05μ程度が好ましい。
このセラミツクス粉末1は、単独ではコースタ
ーの基体である金属箔等の表面に塗布することは
できない。従つて、セラミツクス粉末1を含有す
る層を形成し、この層をコースターの基体に貼合
する。
この層の形成方法としては、例えば第1図に示
す如くポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリアミ
ド等の合成樹脂製フイルム中にセラミツクス粉末
1を練り込んで形成する方法、又は第2図に示す
如くアクリル系樹脂、ビニル系樹脂、メラミン樹
脂、ポリエステル系樹脂等の接着剤中にセラミツ
クス粉末1を混合し、これを塗布して形成する方
法等がある。
前者の方法で得られたセラミツクス粉末1混練
フイルム2を、金属箔3の片面に貼合して本考案
に係るコースターを得る。なお、セラミツクス粉
末1混練フイルム2は金属箔3の表面、即ちグラ
ス側となる面に貼合する。更に、金属箔3の裏面
にポリプロピレンやポリエステル等の合成樹脂製
フイルム4を貼合し、コースター自体の形態安定
性や強度を向上させるのが好ましい。
また、後者の方法で得られたセラミツクス粉末
1混合接着剤5を用いて、金属箔3と合成樹脂製
フイルム6とを貼着して本考案に係るコースター
を得る。合成樹脂製フイルム6としては、ポリプ
ロピレンフイルム、ポリエステルフイルム、ポリ
アミドフイルム等が用いられる。なお、合成樹脂
製フイルム6が表面、即ちグラス側となるように
貼着する。また、金属箔3の裏面には、第1図の
場合と同様に、合成樹脂製フイルム4を貼合する
のが好ましい。
なお、金属箔3としては、アルミニウム箔、銅
箔、錫箔、鉛箔等が用いられる。金属箔3を用い
る理由は、遠赤外線を金属箔3は反射するため、
金属箔の裏面即ちグラスの不存在側に遠赤外線が
漏れないからである。特に、反射効率、強度及び
重量の点から厚み50〜100μ程度のアルミニウム
箔が好ましい。

The thickness is preferably about 1μ to 0.05μ. This ceramic powder 1 cannot be applied alone to the surface of metal foil or the like that is the base of the coaster. Therefore, a layer containing ceramic powder 1 is formed and this layer is laminated to the base of the coaster. This layer can be formed, for example, by kneading ceramic powder 1 into a film made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene, polyester, or polyamide, as shown in FIG. There is a method in which ceramic powder 1 is mixed into an adhesive such as vinyl resin, melamine resin, or polyester resin, and the mixture is applied. A ceramic powder 1 kneaded film 2 obtained by the former method is laminated on one side of a metal foil 3 to obtain a coaster according to the present invention. The ceramic powder 1 kneaded film 2 is bonded to the surface of the metal foil 3, that is, the surface facing the glass. Furthermore, it is preferable to bond a film 4 made of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyester to the back surface of the metal foil 3 to improve the morphological stability and strength of the coaster itself. Further, using the adhesive 5 mixed with the ceramic powder 1 obtained by the latter method, the metal foil 3 and the synthetic resin film 6 are adhered to obtain a coaster according to the present invention. As the synthetic resin film 6, polypropylene film, polyester film, polyamide film, etc. are used. Note that the synthetic resin film 6 is attached so that it is on the front surface, that is, on the glass side. Further, it is preferable to bond a synthetic resin film 4 to the back surface of the metal foil 3, as in the case of FIG. 1. Note that as the metal foil 3, aluminum foil, copper foil, tin foil, lead foil, etc. are used. The reason for using the metal foil 3 is that the metal foil 3 reflects far infrared rays.

以上説明したように、本考案に係るコースター
は、コースターの基体である金属箔の片面にセラ
ミツクス粉末を含有した層が設けられているの
で、コースターに載せたグラス中の洋酒等に遠赤
外線が投射される。従つて、洋酒等の刺激感が除
去され、洋酒等の口あたりが柔らかくなるという
効果を奏する。
また、グラスの盆であるコースターによつて、
遠赤外線を洋酒等に投射できるので、特別に遠赤
外線投射装置を使用する必要がない。従つて、簡
易に使用でき且つ場所も取らないので、家庭での
使用に好適であるという効果を奏する。
