Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize easy and reliable operation and to shorten the work time by enclosing a resin powder having high water absorbing power in a water permeable bag and coupling a linear body, to be pulled into an electrical piping, directly or indirectly to one end of the bag. CONSTITUTION:A water eliminator for electrical piping 8 comprises a resin powder 2 having high water absorbing power encapsulated in a water permeable bag 1, which is normally flat but expands into gas cylinder shape or cylindrical shape, and a linear body 5 coupled to one end of the bag 1. The water eliminator 8 is pulled in a piping 4 while sliding thereon. When the bag body 1 contacts with water 12 stored at a curved part of the piping 4, the resin powder 2 in the bag body 1 absorbs the water to expand into basket shape. If thus pulled out bag body 1 has outer diameter approximately same as the inner diameter of the piping 4 it means that the water still remains in the piping 4, whereas when the outer diameter of the bag body 1 is considerably smaller than the inner diameter of the piping 4 it means that the water is eliminated sufficiently.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention includes a water-permeable bag body filled with super absorbent resin powder, and a water-permeable bag body containing a superabsorbent resin powder at one end of the bag body for drawing into electrical piping. The filament bodies were connected directly or indirectly. Also, super absorbent resin powder was sealed in a water-permeable bag, the bag was covered with a sliding wear protection member, and electrical piping was connected to one end of the protection member. The striated body for retraction into the interior is connected directly or indirectly. Either connection can be made by connecting one end of the striated body directly to the bag body or the protective member, or by connecting it to the bag body or the connecting member. They may be connected indirectly via a ring or a chain.

Another embodiment of the water removal tool 8 for electric piping is shown in FIG.
When inflated, superabsorbent resin powder 2 is sealed in a gas cylinder-shaped or cylindrical water-permeable bag 1, and the bag 1 is covered with a mesh bag-shaped sliding wear protection member 6 to protect the bag. When the water removal tool 8 slides inside the pipe 4, the bag body 1 is prevented from being worn out. The protective member 6 may be a net bag made of plastic or the like, or a bag made of cloth, nonwoven fabric, vinyl, nylon, etc., with a large number of holes 11 formed therethrough, as shown in FIG. In FIG. 8, a plurality of bags 1... are shown in the protection member 6.
At the same time, both sides 477 of the protective member 6 are coated with a filament body 5.

A water removal tool 8 is shown in which connection members 13 and 13 are attached to both ends 7 and 7 of the water removal tool 8, and a filament 5 is caulked and connected to the connection members 13. In this water removing tool, since the protective member 6 is cylindrical, the bag body 1
can be easily taken in and out of the protective member 6. In this way, the filament 5 can be connected directly or indirectly to the one end 7 of the protection member 6, and a ring or chain can be attached to the one end 7 of the protection member 6. The filament body 5 may be connected to this (indirectly connected).

As shown in the order of N)→(It)→(I[l) in FIG. 10, the water removing tool 8 of the present invention moves while being pulled and sliding inside the pipe 4. The bag 1 is placed in the accumulated water 12 at the curved part of the pipe 4.
When they come into contact with each other, moisture is absorbed by the resin powder 2 in the bag 1, and the resin powder 2 greatly expands inside the bag 1 to become a sol. That is, the water removal tool 8 removes the accumulated water 1 in the pipe 4.
While removing water from the pipe 2, the pipe 4 is slid inside the pipe 4. In particular, although the bag 1 (or the protective member 6) is flat in FIG. It becomes a cylinder and is pulled out.

If the outer diameter of the pulled out bag 1 (or protective member 6) is equal to or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe 4, the pipe 4 is still
It can be predicted that some water 12 remains inside the pipe, and the water removal work should be carried out again. On the other hand, if the outer diameter is considerably smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe 4, the water inside the pipe 4 cannot be removed. I can see that enough has been done.

In this way, when not in use (initial state shown in Figure 10 (1))
Since the bag 1 (or protective member 6) is in a flat state,
It is possible to determine whether there is a remaining amount of water in the inner part of the pipe 4.

It has a small number of parts, a simple structure, and can be folded compactly, making it convenient to carry. In addition, the operation is simple and reliable.
It is easy to work with, and the time required can be reduced considerably. Furthermore, since it can be manufactured at low cost, it can also be disposable. According to the second aspect, since the sliding wear protection member 6 is coated on the bag body 1, wear and breakage of the bag body 1 can be prevented, and therefore, durability is improved.

Furthermore, once it becomes a sol and absorbs water, it does not drip or flow down outside the piping 4, which is preferable because it does not wet the floor or the like.
