A cylindrical operating shaft connected to the end of the valve stem so as to rotate integrally with the handle is provided with an attachment/detachment part, and a stopper shaft is incorporated inside this operating shaft so as to be movable in the axial direction. It passes through an axial elongated hole provided on both sides, and both ends protrude to the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical operating shaft, connecting the operating shaft and the stopper shaft in the rotational direction, and allowing the axial movement of the stopper shaft within the range of the elongated hole. A limiting stopper pin is fixed to a stopper shaft, a spring is applied to the stopper shaft to bias the upward elasticity of the stopper pin into contact with the upper end of the elongated hole, and the inner periphery of a cover is fixedly arranged so as to rotatably hold the operating shaft. A cam groove that restricts the end of the stopper pin to a range of 90° is provided in the part, and this cam groove is used as a closing member provided at one end of the rotation range of the stopper pin so that the stopper pin is engaged in a non-rotatable manner in the raised position. A valve opening/closing device with a detachable handle formed by a position holding recess, a small flow open position holding recess provided adjacent to the recess, and an open position holding recess provided at the other end of the rotation range of the stopper pin.
