着パツド支持体のパツド周辺数個所に吸着パツド
吸着面より飛び出し、ワークとの接触により自由
に後退するスライド軸を設けると共に、各スライ
ド軸の側方には、パツドがワークに吸着すると同
時にスライド軸の動きをワーク表面に接触した状
態でロツクする手段を取付けたことを特徴とする
吸着装置。 2 ロツク手段は、吸着パツド支持体に固着した
円筒体と、円筒体内に回動自在に挿合した偏心部
材と、円筒体と同心状態で偏心部材並びに円筒体
の内部に貫挿したスライド軸と、前記円筒体の側
壁に形成した窓孔を通して偏心部材の側部から外
部に突出させたレバーと、レバーの先端に連結し
たレバー回動用アクチユエータとから構成されて
