Abstract

PURPOSE:To closely charge a grout material into a sheath by connecting a suction pump to one end part of the sheath to be buried in a concrete beam material, and reducing air pressure to suck the grout material from a grout material vessel. CONSTITUTION:A suction pump 3 is connected to a grout material discharge hole 1a on one end part of a sheath 1 buried in a concrete beam material 2 extending through it, a grout material vessel 4 forming a supply source is connected to the grout injection port on the other end part. A PC steel material 5 is inserted and stretched into the sheath 1 to introduce prestress to the beam material 2, the suction pump 3 is operated to reduce the air pressure in the sheath 1, and a grout material 6 is sucked from the grout material vessel 4. Thus, the grout material can be closely charged in the sheath without causing an air stay on the upper surface in the sheath and a defect by entrainment of air into the grout material.

c When filling grout into the sheath into which the steel material has been inserted, the grout is pumped from the grout injection port at one end of the sheath, and the grout is discharged from the middle and other ends of the sheath. Grout was injected and filled into the sheath without checking the internal air discharge through the holes and the state of grout filling.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, according to the method for injecting grout material into a sheath according to the present invention, an air intake is provided at the grout material outlet at one end of the sheath embedded in a concrete member. A grout supply source is connected to the grout injection port at the other end, and the air in the sheath is depressurized by the suction pump, and grout is sucked into the sheath and filled. be.

(Function) According to the present invention, as described above, the air inside the sheath is depressurized by operating the suction pump connected to the grout outlet at one end of the sheath buried in the concrete member. By suctioning and filling the grout material into the sheath from the grout supply source connected to the other end of the sheath by the suction force under reduced pressure, it may cause air pockets on the upper surface of the sheath, etc., or cause air to flow into the grout interior. This allows the grout to be densely filled into the sheath without causing any entrainment.

After inserting and tensioning the PC steel material (5) into the sheath (1) and introducing prestress into the beam material (2), the suction pump (3) is operated to remove the sheath (1). By reducing the pressure of the air inside, the grout material (6) is sucked from the grout material container (4), causing an air pocket on the upper surface of the sheath (1), and preventing air from flowing into the grout material [6]. The grout material (6) is densely filled into the sheath (1) without causing entrainment.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, as described above, a suction pump and a grout supply source are provided at the grout outlet at one end and the grout inlet at the other end of the sheath embedded in the concrete member, respectively. The grout material is suctioned and filled into the sheath by connecting the suction pump and activating the suction pump, thereby eliminating defects caused by air pockets on the upper surface of the sheath, etc., and defects caused by air being drawn into the grout. The grout material can be densely filled into the sheath without any gaps.
